Exactly the kind of experience you could want- friendly and knowledgeable reception staff, clean room, great water temperature and pressure. I would definitely book again if I was to visit. Definitely the experience I will judge all others against.

The front desk woman was so incredibly rude during our check out. It’s hard for me to even put into words how shocking her behavior was from the moment we walked up the desk. She also refused to tell us her name, probably cause she knew she was in the wrong! Just horrible experience.

Great service, very clean, stylish lobby, nice amenities. I liked the fluffy bath robes and the fresh ground coffee and hot cocoa available in the lobby. They were very accommodating of a late checkout

I have stayed here many times and it’s been great. But last week it was unusual . Check in took 30’mims and someone had to let me in the machine wasn’t working to give me a key. And the next day at the gym I was locked in someone had to come let me out. Definitely not a good experience this time

My stay was great. I'm just use to hilton hotels and this didn't really meet my standards. I mean for the price i paid i could of got a pool jacuzzi and a hot all you can breakfast with free parking. To charge $24 for parking a night is diabolical. The room was average.Thank god i brought my own soap because the soap dispenser was empty. They gave me a corner room all i could see was the top of the roof. I mean overall it was clean and quiet.
