My daughter and I stayed for two nights and used their spa facility. We did facials and massages which were great! The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet and room service was great! The employees from front desk, spa facility, room service were all very polite and helpful! We will definitely come back and recommend the Omni!!!

We went to the Omni Amelia with our 3 kids and had a blast. The indoor pool was great since it was really cold when we were there. The shuttle was quick and easy to use. Our room was great and they provided a pack-n-play for us. We love the Omni.

I appreciated the calm and beauty of Amelia Island. It is great that the resort has several amenities and has beautiful access to the beachfront.
The spa was very enjoyable, I spent a good number of hours there. The shuttle service is great and the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Room not ready on check-in. Moved to a different room. Made to feel that it was somehow my problem that the hotel was accommodating an entire football team and therefore unable to accommodate my reservation. Room service was terrible. No condiments or dressing given. Food cold. Very expensive for the quality.

This property is in desperate need of a renovation. It is in a beautiful location but just looks tired. The staff at the pool restaurant need to get their act together as well. The rooms are run down. The patios are dirty. White chairs that look brown. For what you pay, I would expect a bit more luxury. The place is just okay.

Great hotel on the beach with sensational, friendly staff. Only real concern was the room. We had three issues -- the first was the lever to open and close the drain on the sink was missing. The second was that the plastic plate around the outlet next to the sink was severely damaged. And lastly, the door would not lock when closed. All three of these issues were dealt with promptly during our stay.

Awesome service, everyone was very friendly and helpful, willingly and genuinely providing their service, the manager, Leon was very accommodating and professional in resolving some issues with the room. Would definitely come back to stay for longer!

The TV in my room doesn't work. I'm starving, and I can't even get a bag of chips here after midnight. The internet isn't working. Check-in was a terrible experience. Shower leaks all over the bathroom floor due to an awful design flaw.
1 out of 10 hotel experience, from a 200 night per year executive traveler. The only good news is that I just booked one night, and I can change hotels tomorrow.
