Hotel was amazing, all staff was kind including valet and front desk. Very helpful everyone. Room was clean and front desk was ready to assist with everything and anything. Good food options within the hotel and even a Amazon Go store in the lobby!

First time at these property and was amazed at many factors. From the parking attendants to the receptionist whos was so professional and courteous. She took in consideration all our request and with a smile gave us great customer service and clear directions. Bell man was also informative and prompt. When we got to the room it was so comfortable and clean. It had a view to die for and it was equipped with all needs. All lounges and restaurants were clean and food was well prepared. The environment was safe and fun. Room service was prompt and easy to order. The outdoor pool and hot tub was amazing on a snowy day. Very enjoyable. I suggest to try the delicious salads at the lobby restaurant.

It was for Christmas and it was amazing! My only regret is that we werent there long enough to enjoy the hotel! I wish we could have stayed longer! I will absolutely return!

Beautiful modern hotel. Parking was easy with Valet. Checkin was ok but received no info on hotel amenities, restaurants available or what’s around. Bellhops were great. Guest services was very attentive & quick. Room is very small, minimalist but well equipped. Comfortable bed & nice sheets. Huge TV! Definitely pricey restaurants & drinks but it’s Boston. Convenient location to the convention center but not many restaurants in walking distance.Rooftop outdoor pool is very cool- heated in winter & cool bar with great bartenders at Get Lifted & in lobby bar.

So disappointed with the service. First i asked via text if i can check in 1 hour early and if can do anything special for boyfriend birthday. The text response was "yes!".
The first lady looked me up and down, paused and said im not open and walked away. She then proceeded to help someone who arrived after me.
I waited for next person and attitude just as rotten. She was not kind, not friendly, and left me litterally upset. I was not able to get into my room early as i was told i could. She didnt explain parking situation well. I asked questions and she was obvioulsly annoyed with me. Zero customer service abilty. We were on a wild goose chase figuring it our on our own.
And nothing done for birthday even though the text response was "yes!".
There is nowhere to get a water or snack. No vending machines and no store open (closed for renovation).
The room was nice. Thats the only positive i can say.
I was not comfortable staying here. I did not feel welcome. I actually ledt early in the morning. I am upset and spent a lot of money to leave disturbed.

Had a fantastic time. My only flaws was parking was difficult so we felt forced to use valet, which they forgot about us and had to wait 45 minutes for our car, and the original room we were assigned wasn’t clean so we had to request (this one desk worker was rude, everyone else was kind) a different room. Other than these two flaws, I would stay here again.
