The Omni was absolutely incredible - super luxurious feel to everything and the library and speakeasy bars were amazing. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The fall city market has everything you could need.
The only downside is that we had planned to spend the afternoon at the pool bar, however it was closed all afternoon and evening for a private event - it would have been nice to know when making our booking to avoid the disappointment when we got there. Otherwise, can’t really fault the Omni and would stay there again.

I really enjoyed the comfort and the staff were attentive and professional. However, the WiFi which they refer to as FREE was not accommodating. I was unable to access for t my business trip which was very disappointing.

I loved The Omni Louisville and will absolutely return. The restaurants and market within the property are outstanding. You would truly not have to leave the property. Bob's has the best bone in rib eye I've ever had!

All of the staff was wonderful and helpful with the exception of one staff member that took a cake out of my delivery bag. Did not bring this up to management but it was obvious it was hotel staff. Staff in shops and staff that assisted with luggage were absolutely terrific.

New ish property, totally corporate and over themed. Biggest turnoff: $20/day wifi charge???? How insulting and annoying. Raise room rate by $7 instead. Will not stay here again.

The food options in the lobby were amazing. Lobby bar was great - lots of good bourbons to choose from. Nice big shower with good water pressure. Would definitely stay here again.

We had our service dog with us & we were there for the rock festival. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful & sympathetic (festival canceled our day because of the weather) they were informative & courteous (we are business owners, but covered in tattoos) we will be staying here anytime we are in louisville!

60th birthday trip. Service was outstanding! Love the hotel. Lots of amenities that we enjoyed using. Would definitely say again. The food court area with food and some shops was really great to have.
