The breakfast was great and they had free oranges at the front desk all day.
The hot tub was broken the first day but was much warmer the second day. The Jets were weak but it is what it is. Very large hot tub!

Came for a quick weekend getaway with the hubs, and this was a great pick! Close to the airport, and highway, very clean rooms and secure parking ,great staff, and the breakfast was AMAZING!

Very nice, clean place! Fitness room and hot tub were great. Continental breakfast good and free coffee was a nice touch. Wish they offered a sugar free creamer option
and an area info/attractions booklet would be nice to have in the room. I would stay here again!

As always we stay here anytime we travel. I especially enjoy the shuttle to and from the airport. My favorite is the guy who listens to Christian music. He is always so up beat and very wonderful to deal with. The other staff I have encountered have been great too.

We reserved a room as we were needing to get to the airport the next morning by 3:00 am. The airport shuttle was perfect and was ready to take us at 2:30 am. We were also able to leave our vehicle at the hotel first extra charge. The hotel was nice & quiet & the shuttle bus was right on time. The shuttle also picked us up at the airport a week later when we landed & took us to our vehicle. The only thing that needs improvement is the towels. They are kind of thin & scratchy but the beds were very comfortable.

This is what I would call a budget hotel. My only large gripe is the lack of snow control, but it was a very bad storm. I got a sute and it was much nicer than I expected at the price level that I paid.
I would hands down, stay here again.

We got stranded in Kansas City due to the winter storm. Luckily we were able to book a room here. They had an airport shuttle that was running even as everything else was shutting down. Check in was smooth, especially as a lot of people were calling and checking in. The employees were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included and it was busy but the staff was working hard to replenish everything to feed everyone who was there. Overall, we’re glad we were able to get a room here with everything going on and big thanks to their employees for handling everything so well
