The housekeeping is excellent. Comfortable sheets , the king bed not so comfortable. Restaurant is excellent.

**A Wonderful Stay** We were pleasantly surprised by our 3-night stay in the suite. Despite some initial reservations based on reviews, the room was beautifully updated, exceptionally clean, and had a lovely beach aesthetic. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient, and we were within easy walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and a grocery store was only a 5 minute drive. We'd happily stay here again.

Since I stayed for 4 nights and not a timeshare owner, we got the worst room in the resort 218. Overlooked parking lot, bathroom no shelves, poor lighting, kitchen area bad , very old unit. Have stayed here before in a timeshare and got great rooms , updated overlooking pool, much nicer accommodations, was told, the better units are for timeshare people, so unhappy, no hot water, never again

We have stayed at this property before and although it is an oldwr property in need of room upgrades its not bad. Resturant and bar on site and beach access, and a bunch of Resturants right across the larking lot makes the resort. Unfortunately for ys on this second trip we had a first floor room and someone jumped the balcony and broke unto the sliding glass door stealing my daughters backpack (on her 18th bday trip) it had all her elecronics in it which was devastating to her but thankfully no money, cards, etc. The police were acually very thorough which was nice. Rhe resort management liated to our story ans we were told of a similar instance last week there also. We asked to be changed to a 2nd floor or up as my daughter was petrified to sleep that night. They gave is a different room and took copies of our reports but no other apology or anything. I advised them they need cameras on that side (there are none other than the entrance) and for 2024 this should be done already. Im disappointed, and sad for my daughter, and felt the resort had an opportunity to do better for a returning customer. Unfortunately, we will not be back to this property again.

Rooms are dated but very large. Largest concern is there is no HEAT in the rooms! We were freezing during our stay since the rooms do not have heat. We happened to arrive in Nov during a cold spell and things were cold.

Spotless rooms, lots of restaurants within a block.

When I checked in the lobby was noisy and the music was loud making it hard to hear the check-in clerk. When I entered the room there was a very strong chemical odor. I also noticed there was no shower curtain or rod in the bathroom, the door to the room would not self close/lock, and the thermostat was not working. After attempting to correct the issues and 4-5 discussions with the staff, they assigned us to another room. That room was very nice. I also checked in at check-in time on Thursday but had to come back on Saturday after 12 noon to obtain weekly parking pass. What we found out is this is a way for the vacation club staff to try to get you to consider hearing their sales pitch. Likes- cleanliness, friendliness, resort fee only if you use the beach chairs/umbrellas/etc., no charge just for using pool chairs and towels. Hotel restaurant was good and there were plenty of beach bars/restaurants in very close walking distance. Beach was clean, just a few steps from the resort and approximately 1.25 miles long end to end. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and kitchen had just about everything you would need. Good value for the location. Dislikes- Beach sand was very soft and not conducive to long walks (but was a good workout). Tiki bar could use more than 1 server at pool. Room A/C units are very loud causing the need to adjust tv volume. $10 per day parking fee. Even with the issue with check-in issues, we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with our stay.

Property is not elite like some of the franchises you see in the sense that it’s dated. However, from the moment you arrive til when you leave they make you feel very welcome and attentive to your needs. Pool and tiki bar staff are especially helpful and friendly. Shout out to Lisa!

Great location, very convenient for the whole family with a great staff.

We were so surprised when we showed up at 10:30 a.m., acknowledged to front desk staff that we were aware of 4:00 p.m. check-in, but asked if they would mind us walking around the hotel to check out the property, since we had not been there before. Staff asked our names, checked our reservation and informed us the room was clean and ready for check-in if we wanted to go ahead and do that…6 1/2 hrs early! We were stunned and wondered if we would be charged for another day (we weren’t). That early check-in allowed my daughter and me to drop our luggage, settle into the beautiful suite, get into our suits and enjoy the pool and tiki bar. When my picky daughter asked the tiki bar waiter if she could get a quesadilla, an item not on the menu, he replied, “I’m sure we can make that for you. Why not?” The gentlemen at the lobby doors, wait staff, front desk staff, and the beach chair rental employee were friendly and patient with all of our questions and requests. Your customer service standards are the highest I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you, all, for a pleasant stay in a comfortable suite with a roomy bathroom and well-appointed kitchen, not to mention that king sized bed. The fellow guests were so friendly during our stay; we had memorable conversations that enhanced our short vacation. Thank you, again. We will be back to visit Palm Beach Sores!

Very pleasant people! Only negative is that we were not told upon making reservation that the facility was a timeshare and you, apparently, expected us to "be subjected to timeshare subjects and interviews"! Probably would not have rented time there in the first place!

Great pool area and beach once they cleaned it up from the storms. The room was dated and hot water did not work well.
