Nice pool. Large rooms

The hotel was very clean and very well kept. The room was excellent as well. The only issue I encountered, was we did not receive a housekeeping so we did not get clean towels to shower. Other than that. Our stay was excellent and will come back again. It’s only a block off to Wall Street, but very quiet.

Each of the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Lovely spot (especially around the pool), but disappointed that the breakfast was so minimal. I was hoping to do yoga in my room and would have loved for there to be yoga mats available. All in all, an excellent place to stay in KW!

The setting of Paradise Inn was quite pretty and inviting. The Victorian stying immediately gave the feeling of 'old world' and graciousness. The staff was cheerful, polite and helpful. Though it was before check in time, we were allowed to leave our car while we did some sightseeing. Also, there was a problem with the sink drain and it was fixed while we were gone. The room was attractive and comfortable. I was especially glad we had first floor accommodations because of my age and knee problems. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everyone was soooo kind and helpful...Provided breakfast that was over and beyond all places I have stayed! Convenient to Duval Street. Will be back there again! Love, love Loved it!

What a nice place at a reasonable price. Easy walk to Duvall Street. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Our stay was wonderful. The only complaint would be that the pool was too warm and the hot tub/spa was so hot you couldn’t stay in.

Paradise Inn is a quaint adults only resort right in the heart of Key West, The resort and the rooms are clean. The staff are very attentive and the service is excellent. It’s relatively quiet and most couples stay to themselves. The pool is a perfect way to relax in the shade. They offer a daily breakfast and an afternoon happy hour with wine, cheese, nuts and crackers. Overall, we are happy we found Paradise Inn and we are extremely pleased with our stay while in Key West!

Great place perfect location.

Great location and the front desk staff was helpful and very friendly. The property is very quiet and in a great location where everything is walkable. The pool and the property is very nice. It would be nice if the breakfast contained more protein options.

The room had a lot of insects after the first day so we requested the room change. They did move us to a different room but a smaller one (from a 3 person suite to a room for 2 when we had 3 people) We asked them multiple times to at least refund us the price difference between the room types while at the property but were told that management did not respond. We called a few times after we left but no one answered the phone.

We had an amazing stay at Paradise Inn. Super convenient to all the hot spots in town but just far enough off the main street for it to be quiet. Clean and friendly staff. Would stay here again!

Beautiful property. We were disappointed about a few things. I understand that somethings are not entirely clear always when posting on here and I do understand that employees aren't always in control. We did not know that the tourist or amenity fee was not part of the original payment. Nor was I completely clear on the parking (my fault). We were on a second floor and when we walked up there we noticed that the floorboard on the porch were very soft and rotted in some spots making it feel a little unsafe. When you stepped on it the boards it gave a lot which we spent the rest of the time making sure we did not step on them. When we asked to be moved to a lower room they did not have any kings available. Considering we paid for that I was less than happy with downsizing. I asked if there would be someone to help us with bags and we were told they would not be allowed to touch them. I know there is remarks about the structure limits and handicap access in the post but to not help guests with bags seems a little unreasonable. I have a damaged knee so while walking does not provide too much constraint I cannot carry things up and downstairs without loosing balance. I was not happy with the response back or the front desks understanding or willingness to accommodate and another employee realized that. He came out later and apologized and tried to help. We also did not have any service to our room either which is fine but something to make sure to reiterate if needed.

The Paradise Inn is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It is very conveniently located in the center of old town Key West making walking to all events and locations very easy. The staff are very friendly and the morning breakfast buffet is fantastic. The pool and hot tub are just the right size and very enjoyable.

Great place to stay with friends and close to everything

Pillows need improvement. Too thick

Close to Duval yet felt secluded.

The location was perfect. Just outside of the party scene of Duval Street but close enough to walk to. The campus was beautiful and well kept. Greg at front desk was very helpful.
