Park Inn by Radisson, Tracy

The TV did not work, the picture was dark, the shower was tiny, no hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave or mini fridge. There were only 2 flat tiny pillows for a king bed.

Let me say the staff was really nice and helpful. But the property itself is quite run down, outdated, out bathroom towels were soiled when we arrived, the shower was small and had many different textures of other people’s hair on the floor and walls. The room had a weird smell. The heater barely worked and we were so cold with a 5 month old baby. Due to the run down and dirty hotel conditions - I think it was absurd to charge a $50 non refundable pet cleaning deposit when the cleaning team doesn’t actually clean. Our room also has no screen on the window making it very unsafe to air the musty room out and our room was without a fire detector - no fridge no microwave in the very tiny room

Did not have a disability access room available and they still charged me and we didnt stay there

We had last minute plans and I was able to find this place at a good rate and midweek availability. the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend for future visit. Denny's is close by. transitioning from Motel 6 to current name. Office staff were nice.

Overall clean quiet especially on the back side of the building.

This property is clearly unaware of the legal protections that the ADA provides for disabled people and their service animals. I was not allowed to stay unless I paid a non-refundable "pet fee", which is funny because I have no pet. Then they said that if my service dog was to stay, I'd have to give them the a license or paperwork to prove that my animal was a service animal. Crazy..

Just ok but met the price!

The staff tries hard but the facility needs a lot of work and attention. It’s true you get what you pay for so I was not expecting a 5 star resort. The issues are more around safety outside the facility and lighting on the outside of the property is dark. The bed sheets had hair and looked to not be changed from the previous guest just bed made. The floor was dirty, the bathroom had urine still in it from another guest, exhaust cover was falling off, shower head leaked more water into the floor than the shower area. The feeling is they have a nice person at the desk dealing with everything and no leader or follow up. The first room assigned I went to still had other guests staying there or had just left. It would seem Expedia would verify these places before adding the location and adding the pictures. The pool had a tarp over it and was full of green water. Again you get what you pay for and when staying here unless they make some changes expect more of a motel style stay where you sleep in your clothes and bring everything you need to just sleep and that’s it.

The lady at the desk was beyond amazing! She was attentive and took care of me as best she could and her customer service was a 10…. However being under the impression the the Radisson tool it over you would think that the rooms would be a bit nicer. Not the case! The first room was dirty and I found clothes behind the door in the bathroom. The second room had a hole in the wall and the toilet ran all night. Even though the lady was understanding, the rooms were still in horrible condition and you would think after being taken over the quality of the room would change.

They didn’t have my reservation and I’d prepaid so I was left having paid with no hotel and couldn’t cancel to get a refund cause it was past the time for it. I’d like to be refunded by whoever has the money I paid for the hotel I didn’t get!

The property is apparently no longer a motel 6 and is no longer taking reservations from 3rd party groups like Expedia. There were obviously people living at the motel. The room was barely clean, with bugs and cigarette marks in the shower. The area around was dirty and a bit scary.

The pet area is close by and well lit. It's not big but it does the job.

I recently left a review and now that im no longer at motel 6 i feel safe and comfortable now to come out with the truth that i was coursed by the manager and staff myra to put a great review so myra could earn her way to being manager i was offered different things promising to leaving a good review i finally did the review because it started to become extremlly uncomforable when i would come and check in after booking my room online i admit i didnt do my daily checkins each and everytime like they said i was supposed let me add im currently no longer allowed back to motel because of this reason so please anyone who knows if motel 6 even had growns or is this even legal i just want to make sure my truth is out and MOTEL 6 IS KNOWN FOR HOW AND WHAT THERE TRULLY ABOUT to and would go into office and check in like im suposed to i was very uncomfirable and i felt like if i didnt do the review and i would face being pressured by either myra everytime i went into office or if it wasnt myra i was harrased by manger currenly at motel 6 but truth is MOTEL 6 IS GROSS, DIRTY AND HAS COCKROACHES IN ALL THERE ROOMS AND ITS DICUSTING THE ONLY REASON I STAYED AS LONG AS I DID WAS ONLY FOR CONVIENCE. SENSE IVE LEFT IM NOW AT THE MICROTEL MOTEL ON CLOVER IN TRACY AND COULDNT BE HAPPIER MUST BE AWARE TO MAKE SURE U HAVE SEVERAL CANS OF ROACH SPRAY BECAUSE U WILL NEED IT THANK YOU

Ordinary motel6. Not very good, Not bad.

Everything was great but the Cockroaches in the room and we found red/brown spots on the sheets.

I just admire the staff mira she's so delightful and always seems to put a smile on my face and you definitely can't go wrong with the new manager he's the best that I've seen sense I've been coming to motel 6 he polite does his job rite and is not lazy he upgraded all of the curtains and bedding in the rooms which made it more comforting to stay between the two they just make my stay wonderful there willing to go above and beyond

The front desk Clerk was VERY Weird. We booked 3, he seemed confused and unhappy. It took him a while to process the hotels, very unfriendly. There was a weird smell in one of the rooms. Definitely would not recommend the hotel. its cheap and convenient but definitely would not stay again at this hotel.

Cockroaches. Lots of cockroaches all over the room.
