I HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. MY MOM AND I FELT VERY SAFE N COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY THING BAD WAS WE ARE BOTH HANDICAPPED WITH WALKERS N BAD LEGS N WEN WE GOT THERE THEY STILL GAVE US A ROOM ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BUILDING.. BUT WE LOVE YOUR HOTEL

Very Terrible, there was no one in the front desk to help us check in. Very old, there was no hot water we had to shower with cold water for the 2 days we stayed. The fire alarm went out at 7am and they made us leave the hotel early with no explanation. They kept making excuses up about why the fire alarm went off. We had to check out at 12 but they made us leave at 8am. The restroom was very dirty, bathtub, sink, floor. Etc. there was a lot of leaking which made places smell very bad. Casino restrooms EXTREMELY dirty. I don’t not recommend staying here!!!

Power went out early morning, then the alarms went off at 8am we were evacuated for an hour or so. Then returned to the room shortly after power went out again so we decided to leave.

This facility needs to be clean and updated
Properly looks like it was flooded and not clean
Can be updated asap. The supplies like pillows or towels must be also checked . Looks abandoned. And smell is bad. Good thing is parking lots of it. More staff will be a good idea the floor feels like it’s gonna break when guest walk. Very noisy

Better to sleep in your car. Hotel is old, dirty, smelly, with no dining options, not even working vending machines to buy soda or candies. The entire casino is out of service so no machines, no lights, no fun. The toilet in my room did not flush. I had to use the trash bucket to flush the toilet. The shower did not shower. The lights and power outlets in an entire wall behind the bed did not work so we had to recharge the cell phones from the restroom. We didn’t notice all of this until late at night coming from a concert. The halls were dark, duty, and empty. Like a horror movie. In the morning we realized that our room was way back at the end of the casino near the trash bins and we were probably the only guests in there. We check out and run.

Our first assigned room was filthy, the beds were unmade, there were bloody tissues in the trash cans, no toilet paper or toiletries in the bathroom. Upon complaining at tge registration desk, we were assigned the room next door where the door did not lock, the bathroom floor was covered in rust, and the smoke detector was pulled from the ceiling, with exposed, dangling wires. The whole night, we stayed up worried about the safety of the 2 and 15 year olds we were traveling with. It was a terrible start to our birthday celebration weekend. To make things worse, we couldn't even check our at the property, we had to go across the street to Buffalo Bill's to check out.

The slot machines where turned off and the casino was closed due to the overall IT issue that went on worldwide, we were not informed of this and found out until we arrived. Restaurants were closed everything was closed except for reception check in. Disappointing. Would of appreciated advanced warning

We had a dead cockroach in our bathroom. Toilet & bathtubs were dirty. Our sheets were CLEAN. The carpet was dark brown & yucky. We needed a bed so we stayed.
