We came here as a couple to enjoy all the hotels amenities, that included breakfast, restaurant, pool, hot tub, and weight room. The staff are exceptional and friendly and they go out of their way to help you and they provide an unbelievable service. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Hotel staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, good size with comfortable beds. Pool area was nice as well. Hotel could use some repairs on tiles in pool area and rooms but overall we loved our choice for hotel and enjoyed our stay. Complementary shuttle to downtown was a great perk!

Location is good, lobby is very nice, the staff at the front desk - both during the afternoon and in the evening - they were extremely friendly and welcoming. Five stars for the folks at the front desk! But the rooms were old... oy. They definitely keep the "front end" of this hotel looking very nice and modern. Common areas are lovely. The room was not great. The TV was missing a remote (they brought one, no issue) but it took a good 1/2 hour maybe to get the tv to stop "glitching." It would not connect to wifi or whatever it needed to operate. The bathroom is so very tiny (fine, expected in a city), but the shower is old and showing tremendous wear/patches the door did not close unless you SLAMMED that sucker. Hard. Not awesome. The door to access the mini fridge under the tv - broken. The beds are OK but none of us slept particularly well. There is a salon on site which is nice. There's a reasonably large indoor swimming pool which would be cool in the warm months as it seems to connect directly with their outdoor pool. There is also a hot tub as well. But in our experience visiting many hotels - these are also showing tremendous wear and age. Towels, however, are available down at the pool. We enjoyed some cocktails at the restaurant (at the bar) and they were tasty - pricey, but expected at a hotel. Service at the bar started out amazing but cashing out was a LONG wait despite the bar not being busy. I have to say, I don't think we'll be staying here again.

Check in process was very slow. Front desk clerk had to go get another person to assist with checkin but did not let me know what the issue was. The person they went to retrieve, maybe a manager was clearly annoyed and overwhelmed and seemed to be bothered that the worker asked for help. I felt like I was a bother.

We went to take our kids swimming and the pool and pool area was absolutely disgusting we didn’t get the swim I’m disgusted I have pictures of everything I would love to speak with management” they don’t answer their phone

Room had no towels. You have to pay $32 just to park. Hotel is overpriced and I would not stay there again. Oh and not even water in the room, what a joke.

The restaurant was excellent. The New England Clam Chowder was to die for as well as the wings in sweet chili sauce

We were just staying as a placeholder for events in the area. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Ryan at the front desk was very helpful and very understanding.
