Comfortable bed, close to restaurants.

Nice, clean room. Looked like a safe area but lot of construction in the front of the hotel. Great room for the price though!!

We checked in got to our room the steps going up to the room look very un safe and busted, get to the room and its very drity, sheet have stuff all over them. Then we see black spots on the bed that look like bed bugs. We went to office to tell them we could not stay here and they told us we could not get our money back. We have a kid that just had chest surgery and can not chances being in a drity environment so we are out almost 90$ and thats not right. Will not be going and do not know how to get my money back

Damage to parking lot. Bedding had burn holes and stains.

Average expectations!

Fixture on front door falling apart and hardly attached; no hangers; sink almost unusable due to design; bad attempt at painting the room; they never answer the front desk phone; dirty/ugly bathroom tile grout with a DRAIN in the middle as if it were rest area bathrooms; GFI outlet for hair dryer kept tripping due to overload (took 20 min to finish drying my hair because it kept tripping!); a LOT of rust spots covering towel holder in bathroom which was crooked; front door was patched and had a gap that made it not close well unless it was deadbolted; no robe hook on back of bathroom door - just two holes where one used to be. At the front of the property for the five nights I had to endure this place, septic tank had been unearthed along with another huge backhoed hole. No telling HOW long it has been that way. Staff was very hard to communicate with as they are East Indian with very heavy accents. They never mentioned a breakfast either - assume it was only a "breakfast bag" anyway as there was not a room indicating even a continental-style setup was offered. Just an overall shameful, shameful, shameful experience!

Wish I had read the reviews. It is a dump. The front portico is actually falling down, held up by 4x4's, blocked off you can't walk or park under it. I see it has been that way since at least July 2024. I stayed in November 2024. Don't know why the building inspector has not shut it down. Rooms and furniture old and shabby but clean. Unsafe! And literally surrounded, a stones throw away from any direction, by every hotel chain in the US such as Hampton, Comfort, Motel6, etc. At least 20 hotels in a 2 mile stretch. Pick one of them instead.

Went to check out twice and no one was at the front desk. Hardly anything was available for breakfast. Room was clean but smelled musty.

We enjoyed our stay clean and affordable.

Under major renovations. A very unsafe environment. Should be closed until repairs done. Parking horrible. Not worth what we paid at all.

There was a sinkhole in front of the property & service was terrible

About what I expected room wise but construction made the check in, parking and egress more chalanging! A heads up would have been nice

It is a good property. I am from Dickson so I know this is a safe area. The hotel format is a bit dated and the tub was clogged and there is a bit of construction going on in the entrance part of the hotel. However the staff were awesome and it is very convenient to dining/gas. It is a good value hotel.

While the property has construction on the outside, the room was smelly & dirty. The bathroom faucet wasn’t aligned with the sink so it made it difficult to wash your hands. The bathtub was dirty, the shower was old and stained, and was holes in the linen.

Room was spacious and clean Quick registration Breakfast very limited

Breakfast area was unattended so that when supplies ran out (like coffee creamer) it was not replenished along with food items.

Under construction, abandoned cars in lot and in the way.

The property, amid construction, is easy to get in & out & not alot of traffic. Its quiet & the staff is very accommodating. I'll stay there anytime

The property had damage to it and the linen had burns . Toilet was insecure
