Great value for the money. This was literally the cheapest room in Santa Rosa on the night of my stay but there are far worse hotels. The TV was huge. The parking spaces are very narrow.

I was concerned about mold in the shower. Had wheelchair accessible shower although not asked for. The shower head was held by tie wire.
The refrigerator icebox was in need of defrosting and leaked a little on floor.

Room was very clean but there was an unpleasant smell in hallways and the carpet needed vacuuming.
Breakfast was not replenished in a timely manner. Despite notices requesting food be eaten in the breakfast room, guests were taking huge amounts of food to their rooms.

Horrified experience!!! We couldn’t sleep there was a lot of noise, people running in the hallway all night.
There were probably selling drugs next door because we could hear people coming in and out all night making a lot of noise
I would like to get a reimbursement I been using Expedia for years and I never had such a horrible experience.

Staff was great but dogs walking throughout property although not a dog friendly hotel. Exercise room was being used for TV storage. Breakfast was terrible. One of the worst I’ve seen. Room was clean except for various spots on the floor. A few tweaks and could be much better.

Let’s start with the good things. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
But.. our room was locked from the inside!! Our replacement room, had no bathroom mirror and the electrical outlet did not work. The light switch casing was on the floor with screws in it. No hair dryer. We were lent a hair dryer from the front desk…. But the only mirror a floor length one near the door to the hall, didn’t have an electrical outlet close enough to use the hair dryer. And the bottom of the door is at least an inch from the floor so the noise from hall was not buffered, a noisy night!

The breafast was good. Bed was very comfortable.
Paper thin walls and dirty carpet in the stairway. Late night, early morning partyers woke us up frequently.
I rarely leave negative review. I am hoping this will reach the owners/managers and the will take measures to improve the motel.

The vent fan in the bathroom did not work at all. No window. The lock wasxfaulty. Not once could I open the door myself. Had to go back to desk and ask staff to go open the door. They also had a difficult time getting the door open.
