the room smelled like bug spray the second i walked in. there was a 1" open gap under the door leading outside. The place has to be infested with bugs with how bad the room smelled with bug spray. I left immediately and went and got another room across the street that had much better accommodations

Very clean. very homey feel.

This is a nice place to stay for a great price. The place is a little dated but very comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast choices are great and delicious.

Stayed in jacuzzi suite. Clean and comfortable. No complaints great price

I enjoyed staying here. The deoderizer in our room was very strong other than that perfect

Bathroom outdated shower wouldn’t drain

Gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. The room was overwhelming with air freshener. It also was very cold feeling and not in temperature. I just left and made reservations elsewhere.

Room smelled like pot and the whirlpool was broken

For the most part we had an amazing experience the only negative things I can say is that when we went to check in the servers were down so check in was a little difficult and my room wasn’t ready right away I was waiting outside my room for a good 10-15 minutes before I was finally able to go into my room and after only one night my box spring/ frame broke when I just went to sit up from my bed.

No elevator for the second floor. We had big suit cases and dog crates. I don’t mind walking up and down stairs but not hauling all our stuff for multiple day stay. I will never go to a hotel again without an elevator for the second floor. The smell of the room was so strong when we got there. it was covering up some bad smell - nauseating. Floor was sticky. I wish hotels.com had square feet of the rooms and elevator information that is easy to find.

It was a great room. The jacuzzi hot tub was AMAZEing!! The room was very big with a lot to it. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was being told i had requested a non smoking room alif/when available, however I NEVER made no such request. I had actually, specifically,selected and booked myself a smoking room.And was looking forward to recieveing the smoking room, as it is a very nice convenience being that it is so so rare to even find any Hotels with any smoking room options anymore.So I was very much excited and looking forward to my smoking room.However when I went to check in I was told there was a note on my booking, requesting to be put into a non smoking room when available and so the guy said he followed the orders of the note made to my account and is putting me in a non smoking room. When I said that is So weird, because I NEVER Called in, or at any point requested, a non smoking room. He then said that the only way that there is a note put on to an account like this, would be that a guest had to of called in and made the Request, so I must have been who had done so. I looked at him and said, that's really weird, because I definitely DID NOT, and then he looked at me like I was lying &stated again well you did or a note wouldn't be here for the no smoking.I was then put into a non smoking room, which fine, but I did not like being spoken to as thouugh I was lying and also loosing out on my actually requested/booked room.

Staff was fine. Bed was clean. Building was old and worn. No elevator, Tub did not drain.

The bathroom was disgusting filthy the shower had mildew on the doors and on baseboards bathrooms door don’t shut and the entrance door was so difficult you have to kick it to open and slam it when you shut the door. Overall it was a waste of money I’m not pleased at all

Mostly clean. You can tell its an older hotel. A lot of things broken or missing

We stay one night. It was good. The area, and breakfast was good. Only fault we found was in the bathroom. It was dirty. The bath tub was slipery from being dirty. Checking processes was good. I would recommend it. Is a fair price.

Very old building for the rate and no lift .

As soon as we walked in there was a potent smell to the room. We walked in and checked the bed sheets and to our suprise found blood stains on the sheets. The comforter and rest of the sheets were stained with something misc. The jaccuzzi was a great addition to the room. However, we had to do a lot of our own cleaning. We wiped down a lot of surfaces and found dirt. In the end, the manager provided new and cleaned sheets that were stain free. The jaccuzzi was indeed a great experience to the room. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was poor.

The room was dirty. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but smelled horribly of smoke. The staff refused to give clean towels after 11am. Will not stay there again.
