Checked in today. When asked if the pool was open at 330/345pm we were informed no. When asked if it will be open tomorrow we were informed that she had absolutely no idea that she had just started her shift to call back later: I called today around 11:13pm today If there’s was any news if the pool would be opened tomorrow thinking you know 3:45 to 11pm is a Great time difference to find an answer and still no answer. It it apart of the hotels amenities so why charge us full price for half the of the amenities especially when there is no reason as to why can use them? The elevator never made a sound but 45 mins after we tried to use it after getting situated in the room. We tried going down stairs using the same elevator and all it did was sound an alarm. After trying multiplied to use the elevator it never moved levels and still we left used the stairs and the alarm still was going off and absolutely no staff member in sight.

Unknown deposit, never got it back even though we left the room looking cleaner than before. TV doesn’t work properly at all. Mold found on bathroom wall. Rust in the showers. Doors that don’t close fully. The lady in the front with the overdone makeup was rude and when we asked for help she rolled her eyes as if it’s not her responsibility to help.

Wwe had a family event, which we requested a group rate so family could afford to stay and attend. We dealt with change in managers, which Michael Kim inherited our group rate request. We gave 5 stars for the rate that our family was given. We gave 5 stars for the location as it was near family and restaurants convenient for our family. We gave 5 stars as well because the website advertised a pool, but my family also enjoyed the whirlpool. Thank you Michael for accommodating our out of town and out of state family!

Worst experience ever homeless inside the building because there doors to go outside are broken. The lady at the front took my card and cash for deposit and they never gave me back half my deposit when I called and spoke with the manager he called the lady that checked me in she said she never took cash from me when she did. Never stay there again worse experience with quality inn in my life. Don't stay here go across the street they are so much better they have better rooms no homeless people living in the hallways.

Staff is STELLAR. Room is lacking, room door was terrible to open, stayed for a week and almost went home with a dislocated shoulder from trying to get into the room. Tub didn't drain, so showers had to be quick, bathroom sink had a constant leak. Room was nice but not clean, hair on sink and bathroom floor when we checked in, and towel had mysterious brown stains I pray was makeup. Asked staff to address issues every day, and they were curious, but nothing was fixed. I wouldn't stay here again, but again, the staff was friendly and outgoing and that's the reason they get 2 stars.
