I was a little questionable when initially booking this room fun. I was very happy with the results. It was clean, the bedding was clean. It didn't. I don't have any bad odors. The bathroom was clean.

I could count the springs in the bed, also the beds shock you pretty consistently through the night with static. There was a blood stain on one of the comforters. Lastly, the bathroom was pretty dirty. Other guys on my crew reported similarities in their room as well.

The lack of bright illumination created a dim and dark general impression. Part of the building was locked / closed. Only one staff member onsite and not ready to receive guests until I announced my presence, then they came from a nearby room behind the front counter.
The room I was provided appeared well cared for, however my overall impression was less than I hoped for.

The breakfast was very limited. No hot items, no instant oatmeal, no fresh fruit. The bread and english muffins were quite stale.
It was not what we had come to expect from previous stays at this location.

The room was great except there was black mold in the bathroom ceiling and the silicone around the tub. This is the third time Ive visited and this was the first time Ive had a problem. I did inform the the front desk when I left after my stay.

Be aware that the breakfast room is on the second floor WITH NO ELEVATOR! Also if you're gluten sensitive you will be hungry.

For the price it was acceptable. It is in need of some improvements. Carpets need refreshing, walls could use some repairs and new paint, laundry room needs a house phone and sink, some sprucing up and more efficient appliances. Would be nice for breakfast to go to 10 am, especially on weekend-some guest may like to sleep-in a bit. Staff was great and very attentive.
