One he’d was broken, yellow stains on the sheets, towels dirty, mold in bathtub, there was an empty toilet roll left instead of fresh, toilet seat not attached to toilet.

Terrible experience! Not only was there no front desk associate in the building but I waited over 30 minutes for anyone to show up. Our room was dirty from previous guest. There was no hot water and had to move rooms. Second room was even worse. There was roaches on the bathroom ceiling. The tub was dirty with hair in drain. Will NEVER stay again

The lady at the desk was extremely rude. She told us where to go and not to bother her. I was upset because there was no elevator for us to take our stuff up. Asked for a different room. She cussed and argued with us. We will not ever stay in a quality inn again. There was a tv, no internet. Said deposit was 50.00 went to pay she said oh it's 100.00. she told me to shut up. Just kept arguing. We are elderly and would not listen to what I tried to exc plain.

This place needs some serious attention. Black mold in the bathrooms, nothing between the beds worked, lights, plugs nothing. The TV was all static and fuzz, the remote barely worked, after you had to guess which buttons were what because there was no markings left on them. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in more than once. They thought it was somehow acceptable to vacuum outside our door at 4am, oh, and that's after somebody was clearly trying to enter our room after midnight! Thank God my 3 year old had locked the extra locks. Beds are hard as a rock.... literally nothing good to say about my stay. My furnace broke which is the only reason we were forced to stay here

Over 40 minutes to check in. Our card wouldnt open the door and gave us a different room. The TV in our room didn't work! Breakfast was terrible as well! I would not recommend staying here.

The bed was extremely soft, which was nice and close to the highway. But the tv wouldn’t work, towels were stained and my room came with no soap. The towel rack was extremely rusted.

The room was dirty, cups and ice were not available, breakfast was advertised but was not an actual option. I paid for a king bed and the front desk got upset and rolled their eyes when I said I didn’t want the queen room since I had already paid extra for the king. There was construction inside that was loud and messy. No one was at the front desk to check out with in the morning. All around a bad experience unfortunately.

The room was in terrible shape. One light switch didn't work. There was no smoke detector. There was an ice bucket but no glasses or cups. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, cups, or condiments. Building was not kept up well. There were no tissues in the room. There was no pen or paper or any extras of any kind.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. I arrived at 7:30 and had to wait for staff to finish cleaning my room. Poor lighting in the halls. Average customer service.

This hotel was a nightmare from the jump. I walked in to check in, the employee told me i didn't pay for my room yet, which was false, i paid on the Hotels.com app and provided him with the receipt. He grabbed an associate who was beyond rude and had no shame in showing it. The check in process took at least 20 minutes, no exaggeration. I get in my room to check it out and it seemed okay at first until i sat down and started noticing some crazy stuff. ** SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS** I've stayed in some really shady places, but this one here trumps them all

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. Bed sheets had stains when we arrived but they did change them out. Only one light worked in the room my guess is because they didn’t want us to see how terrible the room was. The bathroom was just as bad only one light worked in it the fan squealing was unbearable. The shower head leaked water all over the place and the towel rack was so rusty it left brown stains on the towels. Trust me spend the extra on a better stay somewhere else

It was $60 a night. You truly get what you pay for. The property was old and run down, but perfect for a quick sleep and go.
