Overall good- staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, price was low. One of the two beds in the room was broken- it dipped on one side. TV had some issues with sound going out. Breakfast was from 7-10 but not much left after 900.

Easy check in. Got to room air conditioner did work. Called front desk they came up and got it to work. We left for dinner and came back and it was off again and by this time it was late. Called down again. He tried working in it and it quit again. He offered to move our room but the only availability was a smoking room. I have asthma but i tried staying in there anyways. By this time it was 2 am. Get to the new room and the tv didnt work and we didnt have a phone in our room to call down there. We finally gave up and said forget it and tried to get some sleep. Go down the next morning to eat n check out i told the guy at the desk about the issues and he just said ok and offered no apologies a discount or anything.

There was never enough food for breakfast all 4 of the days I stayed there Ice machine doesn't work on the east side of the building as it was when I was there in JUNE.
The breakfast after 8:15 is a joke. JUST NOT enough food prepared for the number of quests in the hotel.

Not really sure where to start…we arrived later in the evening so, I ran in to check us in, drop our bags off and run to find dinner for my family and I. The night staff was very nice. When we finally arrived to the room, I Made a joke about it being a"roach motel" not knowing it would actually be a reality. When we woke up the next morning,we went down to breakfast, the man at the counter was rude about me asking for plates and cups. The waffles you get to make were delicious. But,when we got back to our room to pack up and leave, there were at least three decent sized cockroaches in the room we were sleeping in!
From the cigarette burns in the bedding to the rude staff and the creepy crawlies, I urge you, do your research. Even if it's just for a quick stay. 6.5 stars is too much for this place.

Management was very helpful when we brought issues to his attention. When we arrived there were individuals sitting in the parking lot between vehicles drinking and smoking. The room was a king size with a jetted tub. The air conditioner did not work, there was hair in the jets of the tub, and the toilet did not flush properly.
We asked for another room. The manager walked with us to the new room so we could review it together. The second room was better but still had hair in the tub. We did stay but were very cautious about where and what we did.

My stay was ok but I happened to leave my license at this hotel and asked if it was possible to mail to my address but I was asked can I come in and I explained that I do not live in Ohio and would not be able to retrieve from front desk. I was told ok as if they were going to do something or mail it to me and after 2 weeks they asked me to retrieve from front desk. Someone could have said way earlier than two weeks that they would not mail me my id, due to company procedures but I was not told that initially. I’ve made this mistake before and was sent my id but this small mistake has made my life very challenging, so I basically have to replace my id which will be more challenging due to my work schedule but had I knew it wasn’t possible to mail I could have made arrangements but I was told 3weeks after the fact that it’s not possible to mail. I wish I was informed of that sooner instead of waiting for mail that was never coming. Total inconvenience

The room was clean, bedding and towels very nice. The location was not ideal though. We booked late and did not know the area. The floor around the bathtub needed repairing. The Kleenex holder had rust spots.
No bottled water available. I was under the impression there were 2 free drinks available?
