Stay was fine. Saw some chewed gum on the wall, but hey, you get what you pay for. My bed was clean and I can't complain much. Staff was friendly and I would stay again if need be.

The hotel was amazing despite the damage to the first floor from hurricane Helene. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great bed, shower and rooms. I did miss the breakfast but understood their limitation because of the storm damage. Would stay there again for sure

The staff was not very forthcoming with information about breakfast, checkout etc. not elevator, wanted to put me on the 2nd floor which meant me pulling my huge suitcase up stairs. Ice on the parking lot and had to park behind the building so I could not see my rental car. Its looking run down and needs some serious tlc

The front desk service was courteous and efficient. The room was very dirty the floors look like they have not been swept and the heating / air conditioning unit is filthy grimy. There was food and trash on the floor behind the bathroom door

Check in was a disaster. First room wasn’t cleaned, then moved to a second room that the TV didn’t work, then moved to 3rd room. Person checking me in was 15 years old and seemed to have no clue on what she was doing

Room was not clean and few items were not arranged when compared to other rooms. Few other occupants were smoking in general areas stairway, corridor. Hotel is good for bachelors not for families.

It smelled like marijuana in my room and outside multiple rooms walking around the property. No big deal there. The worst thing is the lack of notice of boil water advisory. There was no warning, either verbal or signage, that the advisory was still in affect here. I brushed my teeth and showered at this hotel. I only found out about the boil advisory when I asked where to get a cup of water at the front office while checking out.
