The stool was plugged/extremely slow on our arrival. The second flush resulted in an overflow. One thing I demand of a motel room is a functioning toilet.
The refrigerator made a constant ticking sound requiring me to unplug it.

not clean.
I expect Choice Hotels to be clean with good basic condition. Disappointed!

A quality stay at this Quality Inn. Have stayed here 4 times over the last few years to visit the southern Arizona sites. Don’t think you can go wrong staying here.

This hotel is fine if you only need a place to stay for the night. It’s not updated and the bed offers up an okay sleep. Basic coffee maker and no closed closet . The floors are veneers which makes for some echoes and transfers sound. There is a fridge, which had some leftover food in it. Maid service should have cleaned it out.

The property needs a major update and renovation. The King Bed bed room we had was a nice size. The noise from the nearby train tracks was very loud all through the night. Front desk person was helpful in addressing issues with the TV not coming on.

Rooms need updating. Pillows were far too small. We had families hanging out with kids (do they live there) all day and late into the night...LOUD. Better than a dive, but not by much. Not worth the money.

So, the room/property itself were fine. Furniture was a little run down, and the bathroom was very dated. The shower curtain smelled of mildew. But honestly, it's fine - EXCEPT the price. Given what I got for the price point, I should have stayed at Motel 6.
