The room was great! The outside of the buildings were worn/run down, but we’d stay here again. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

This was an Expedia fail for us. The room we had was ancient. There was significant water damage above the shower. I immediately looked for a different hotel, but nothing was available. I don’t know how this has a “very good” rating. Some of the wood plans of the decking seemed in dire need of repair. Looks to be run by a family and it was very good, so I hate to leave a bad review, but I would not stay here again. It needs a complete overhaul.

This property needs alot of updating, but it was fairly clean. The shower did not have any where to put the soap, other than on the floor, it needs a shelf inside the shower stall. There was a fridge and coffee maker. The Restaurant/Bar was overpriced and there is no bar to speak of. They did not serve wine and my husband ordered a beer, but he thinks it was non-alcoholic. We think Utah has some rules about alcohol that we don't know about. This hotel is about 10 minutes from town, but we chose it because of it's location to Bryce National Park. I would not choose this hotel again, but the price was good.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good. This a good value for the location. It had a great view. A little dated and needs some TLC.

There was a distinct smell in the room when we arrived. The carpet was so filthy that when I showered, the dirt was coming off my feet in the shower. The toilet seat needed replaced - moving all over the place. We are not heavy people. Breakfast was good overall, but get rid of the bacon bits for the eggs. I believe this is what got me sick in Bryce Canyon.

We stayed here for one night to visit Bryce Canyon. From the outside, the hotel has a western style and is therefore something special and fits in perfectly with the location near Bryce Canyon (20 minutes' drive). Our room was large and well equipped with two queen beds, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, desk with chair and an armchair. The beds were comfortable and there was a bedside table with plenty of power outlets. The sink was in a separate area outside the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. There is a wooden bench outside each room. The WiFi and air conditioning also worked very well. There is plenty of free parking available. The breakfast is served from 06:30 - 09:30 and is good by American standards. There are waffle irons, toast, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt and cornflakes as well as coffee and juices. The breakfast room was large enough. The hotel had charm and in a very good Location for a Trip to Bryce Canyon. We can recommend it.

Run down and in need of repair. Mold on walls in room. The restaurant on the property is pretty bad as well.

The property was nice and complimentary breakfast was good but it is in an isolated area that food option is limited. There was only one restaurant on site and the menu is small and expensive. First time I had a hamburger served with potato chips.
