Room was clean, and the stuff was super helpful and friendly

While continental breakfast is offered, the seating availability at the breakfast area as well as the flow to get food was very under caiacity. Replenishment also slower than rate of consumption. Slow, lots of waiting, long lines and then the hotel prohibits taking your breakfast to your room.

Front desk charged us $10 for breakfast because we took a small plate to our room for our 1 year old. They wanted us to eat in the lobby but it shouldn’t matter where I eat my food. I paid a little over $300 to stay 3 night at this hotel. I should be allowed to take a small plate of food to my room. Out of all the hotels I stayed in and had breakfast at, I was NEVER charged extra for taking food to the room I PAID for. Check in fee was $30 because we needed to check in early which was fine with us. Front desk charged my card $100 2 times and blamed the system. They also charged my card $70 when they should have only charged my card $130. $100 for the security deposit and $30 for the early check in fee, they need to refund me $260 because the check in fee was not taking out of my security deposit that was a separate charge. $100 security deposit $30 early check in fee(separate charge, not taking out of security deposit) $70(unauthorized charge) $10 for breakfast $100(another unauthorized charge) So in total this hotel took $300 off my card. And needs to give me back $260. My son’s daycare is due on Monday, and they took that money. Overall, this hotel is a bit outdated, the room was ok. The only problem the room had was the comforter had some holes in it and the closet door was missing a handle. Bathroom was clean. I don’t recommend this hotel. They will overly charged your card.

Outstanding customer service

Room 209. TV did not work and clock radio did not work. Disappointed.

My view was of the trucks parking lot. The jacuzzi did not work in the bathtub and I should have been notified when checking in. The second day when I arrived back at the hotel, my keycard would not work and I had to go back to the front desk. After several attempts again, it finally worked.

I was with family and it was okay for the price

Front desk service was not great. Access keys were disable early morning around 7 AM. That was not professional service

New , close to a lot of restaurants and activities

Didn’t like this hotel

Room was not clean; floor carpet was very dirty. Breakfast was free, but only limited items were in the breakfast. Air Conditioner was turning off automatically and taking too much time to start it again. It was hot in the room without A/C. Some of the electric switches were not working.
