It was just ok

My daughter needed an accessible place to stay while waiting for emergency knee surgery. The staff members were very helpful and the room fulfilled her needs - it was clean, comfortable, and accessible.

Good location to restaurants & FDR library.

I was exhaust on arrival, turned off my cell and went to sleep. Unfortunately, the pre-arranged rental was not there when my daughter landed at JFK. Failing to reach me, she called my wife, who reached the Quality Inn. Thunu, the person on duty at 10:15, went to the trouble to hunt down my room and put her through. Happily, my daughter managed to grab the last car at another company.

I needed a place to stay for the night and based off others reviews I chose Quality Inn Hyde Park. It was 30 minutes from my morning destination. Outside of bldg was nice enough, inside was nice and clean ,did not smell of cigarettes at all, check- in was very polite. My room was clean and spacious as a double bed was my choice. I took I think the hottest shower of my life at a hotel, so that is a plus for here, I don’t think hot water will run out lol. For the bed, I am a tiny person and my only complaint is maybe a mattress upgrade to a new mattress, if I am being picky. Some minor wall cosmetic stuff here and there, which I feel should not be there, but it’s not like I am living there. There was a decent breakfast in the morning of eggs/sausage. Individually wrapped pastries and various cereals. Yogurt and fruit, bagels, toast. And the coffee was 24 hours a day. I would stay here again. This is my first ever review of a stay.

Older property but manageable. On the older side, but seemed safe

Perfect place for a quick overnight stay. Amazing staff! Would recommend.

We stayed there for 1 night afrer visiting family during holidays. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and comfy it was. No noise climate controlled. Decent breakfast in the morning. Beds were little small if there are 2 people sharing a bed.

Front desk staff was lovely. Proximity to all the tourist stuff and two decent eateries within waking distance. Room small with rather oversized furniture but comfy bed and quiet. Thank you!

Quality is a fitting name for this hotel. It's not fancy, but it's clean, comfortable, and convenient. No complaints, and a good night's sleep.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of quite a few attractions in Hyde Park. Friendly staff, easy parking. Everything was very clean and mostly in good shape, considering the regular wear and tear in a hotel. The morning breakfast was perfect…both hot food options and some grab and go items. Just stayed one night on our trip but would absolutely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay. It was a busy weekend for the hotel. There was a bit of noise with other guests coming and going. My room was comfortable.

My only complaint was that there were long black hair strands all over the floor in the bathroom. The rest was awesome. It's the second time i have stayed here and will stay again
