It was an amazing experience

The woman we checked in with was so nice and friendly. Made us feel very welcomed. She was very helpful and definitely funny. Highly recommend staff is so nice and the rooms are just like the photos. Definitely had more than what we expected. Well worth the price.

Receptionist at check in and check out was amazing, friendly and professional. Rooms were huge. Everything looked new and well maintained, just not very clean. The one bed was dirty, there were rocks and hair on the bed between the pillows and on the sheets. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was hair and grime everywhere. When we woke up in the morning there was mouse poop on the side table. So cleanliness was poor but everything else was good. It’s cheap and easy to access from the highway and not far from the main area that has restaurants and shops. Also a convenient distance from Cedar point.

Clean

Ignore the bad reviews i got a newer renovated room and it was great. I was next to the main stairs and could only hear loud cars outside didn't hear much. Would definitely come here again.

The walls were thin, but other than that it was clean, neat, and everything was easily accessible.

The beds and pillows were 10/10. Well needed rest.

The clerk was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The exercise Room was dismal. I had hoped to stationary bike but there was none. There were two treadmills and one other stepping machine. Both treadmills were out of order.

Excellent customer service! Our room was quiet, clean, and roomy enough for a quick trip to Cedar Point. No issues with parking, either. Pleasantly surprised!

Nice staff

You get what you pay for. For the price.... Pros: a nice size room, clean room, clean beds, beds were comfortable enough, and clean bathrooms. The staff was super friendly, easy going, and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice sizes. The parking lot is large and big enough for trailers and semis. Super easy check in and out. The CONS: The pool - was freezing cold and dirty, The hot tub was dirty. In all fairness there was a ton of people in both the pool and hot tub, so that didnt help. The filtration system for both the pool and hot tub were subpar. The breakfast was literally only a choice between waffles with hot syrup, toast, english muffins, instant oatmeal, and hard boiled eggs. Thats it. Only OJ, coffee, and water to drink. Thats it. NOTHING prepackage, no meat, no yogurt, no muffins..... nothing like that. The hotel has super thin walls! The room 2 doors down was playing music until 2am. We heard every song and its not because they were playing it loud. Everytime a door shut on a room it sounded like someone slipping and falling hard in the shower "THUD!". OVERALL..... it was a clean place to sleep, breakfast was warm just very few options, the shower was hot, the pool and hot tub area were large only dirty and the pool was cold, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Its a cheaper hotel for the area..... not the worse to stay in by far, but...... definitely nothing that is considered above bare minimal accommodations all the way around.

There was a bug in my room the tub wasn’t cleaned properly I want a refund front seat said I had to contact you

a very nice motel

Thought this was going to be a good experience, seeing I book with Quality-inn often. This was not it by far, from dirty towls to room not being cleaned, which is sad because it was a 4 day stay. I shouldn't have to come down for towels. The nose level was ridiculous front desk did nothing about people running in the hall or shouting at 2 am even with phone calls to the front desk. The list goes on about this hotel, unless ever other hotel in the state is booked this one should be used as a extremely last resort.

Awesome location excellent staff

It was great, aside from being promised towel and trash service and not receiving those. We had to go request more towels up front, but it was not overly inconvenient. The breakfast is mediocre at best.

The staff was very helpful and friendly..nice to have a hot tub and pool to relax a little bit and a small workout area
