The lady at the front desk was super nice! The room was worn but very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bedding newer but the carpet was frayed and the paint peeled off the bathroom door. But I will make a point to stay here again since it is very affordable for as clean as it is.

The direction to Quality Inn. Was hard to get to when there's a side street that you don't see, which you miss with GPS, because it send you on to the I-10 ramp instead of tlit showing that you to go across the light then you see a faded street which needs to be very clear in order to get to the hotel. Also the hotel definitely need better beds.
Very hard very springy very uncomfortable! The coffee Maker in the room very old club with very rusty. The coffee ingredients creamers, sugar was very brittle and dry, which tells me it's been in the room for several months never replaced, never checked. Very.
Unacceptable! Staff was not engaged in helping customer.
Also, charge extra $20 for a early Check-in. Which when we ask about why charge an the extra $20. They had no reason they didn't know is what was answered. All and all wasn't very friendly.
