I would not book at this hotel again. I paid $164.00 for one night, and my first impressions were terrible. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk, so I stood there waiting. Eventually, another couple arrived as well. I saw a cleaning lady and asked her if someone was supposed to be at the front desk. She responded in Spanish, apologizing and saying she would look for the person in charge.
The cleaning lady entered a code into a door, and a minute later, another lady appeared. She did not apologize; she simply asked for my name and whether I had made a reservation. On the positive side, the room was clean and nice.
The next morning, there was a complimentary breakfast with coffee, but unfortunately, the coffee did not taste like coffee; it tasted more like coffee flavoring. After breakfast, we returned our key and checked out.

Unfortunately the property has come under new ownership/management after I’ve stayed her a few times and had a pleasant experience. After my last stay I will never return. Sheets were dirty and stained. Toilet was dirty. The room smelled of mildew. When I called the front desk the manager Mrs. Patel came up to the room and with a brief look said “It’s clean” while it was clearly not. She told me there were no other rooms open and when I refused I was finally reallocated to a slightly better room but all of the sheets and towels were still stained. Poor management and cleanliness. Absolutely not worth the price considering I paid over $300 for one night.

he front desk persons were excellent, here was a woman's hair by the sink. other than hat the place was very clean, The slight smell of marijuana could have come in for the outside or the above room.
Room was clean, and I would stay here again, I was offered another room ue to the smell but it was not bad enough to move.

The lady behind the desk was very kind. First room had stains and wrinkled up sheets in BOTH beds! I kindly told the lady and she quickly switched rooms for me. 2nd room had stains all over one of the beds and pubic hair in it!!! Also used toilet paper roll in bathroom.
I asked for a refund as I couldn't stay in those conditions. I was declined, so I disputed the transaction. Moved to a Holiday Inn and slept like beautifully

The photos are misleading the room is very small. The bed horribly uncomfortably. The location less than desirable. The worst part- is the smell. All throughout the hotel and in the room. The use so much fabuloso that it makes you gag. Literally gag. If you have allergies or breathing issues like i do it was painful. I called the desk to inquire about the smell and if i could move to another room. Thats wh. I was told the smell would be in every room. Its even in the stairwell. I told the front desk that the smell was triggering my asthma. And all she said was "sorry theres nothing we can do" asked for a refund to go to another hotel and they couldn’t do that either. I stayed as long as i could and left. Loss money and had a breathing treatment. Coming back to area for business next month and will stay somewhere else. Do not recommend.

The staff was friendly enough when checking in, but very rude about the free breakfast, almost greedy and overheard them saying not to put out more because people will just eat it all. The request for a downstairs room wad met with more rudeness and unapologetic in any way even after explaining I'm disabled, yet, wr saw open rooms on the ground foor unoccupied. There are no elevators anywhere, so be forewarned. The grounds are kept clean, but people are smoking cigarettes and marijuana and yelling at all hours just outside the windows.

This is a very reliable, reasonably priced option in a very convenient location at the east end of the city’s east/west arterial and one block from Main Street and one of my favorite local diners and just a couple more blocks from a great laundromat (for anybody who needs to pack light).
