It was a cozie room and bed was comfy and clean , although the paint in the bathtub was peeling off which wasn't great during showering but it wasn't much so wasn't really a problem . All workers were very professional and courteous. The free breakfast was nice

Everyone who works there is super nice and friendly. I felt very welcomed and at home. I have no complaints. The condition of the hotel itself was bad. Rusted, rotten, crumbling, stinking of cigarettes I had to cover my face to get to my hotel room, I'm not exaggerating. The sign outside says no smoking. There were roaches in my room. It needs to be properly remodeled. If I had any other choice I would have not stayed the night. None of this was the fault of the employees. I have no complaints about the employees. They are doing their best with what they have available to them.

Dirty. Drug infested. And trash everywhere

It wasn't a horrible stay. The staff was really nice. The hallways smelled like weed and we didn't have hot water. The mini fridge was not clean and stuff was left in the drawers from last person who stayed in the room.

I’ll definitely never stay here again. The entire experience is shady. Area around property at night not safe. Pull up in parking lot, not well lit. Rooms need updated badly. Breakfast was terrible.. hot items were ice cold. Waffle batter, syrup, utensils empty among many other issues. One staff member was extremely rude to me and threw a verbal tantrum in front of guests about staff. Really sad to see a property that could be a very nice place, be run into the ground with bad maintenance and unprofessional staff.

Very run down hotel, booked online without an idea of the area and what it has become. Hotel needs to be updated or maintained at best.

First impressions usually go a long way, but I had problems from the start. I paid for my room in advance, but they required a credit card for a $50 deposit. I used 3 different bank cards that the receptionist said wouldn't clear. To get past this step, I just walked over to the gas station to get $100 for the deposit amount in cash. It was very late when I arrived so I didn't see much right away, but the next morning was not pleasant. I found small pieces of rubbish on the floors. Then I started seeing a couple of small roaches in the bathroom. Flushed them down the toilet. When I started the leaking spigot for the shower, I saw a used face cloth on top of the shower curtain. I assumed the roaches weren't leaving the bathroom, but I was in err. After dark on my last night I turned the light on in the hallway and the roaches were crawling the walls and the door to my room. I quickly packed and checked out. This was not a pleasant experience at all. I have photos, but button in this app isn't working!

It was a decent stay. Hotel needed some upgrades but looked as tho they were in the process of doing the work. Front desk was friendly.

It was a night stay. Thus, no room service was needed.The whole environment smelled good with delicious breakfast. It was an excellent stay over all.

The Staff were kind ❤️ the room could use a lil upgrade on some things like the tub and back balcony door lock being fixed but I could tell they were in the process of fixing things other then that It was great the staff provided great service.

Our room smoke detector was missing and exposed wires were hanging from the ceiling. Room smelled like smoke, bedding was stained, we didn’t sleep at all because we had to sleep on top of the blanket! Even the hallway smelled like smoke

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Room not a bad size. Had a tv, fridge, & microwave. Sheets were questionable in cleanliness. Kinda looked like they may have been slept on. Room was dark. Toilet was low enough for a 4 year old which made it hard for this senior to sit on it and get back up, had to use the door handle to pull me back up. This hotel is NOT in a safe area. Lots of homeless people. Lots of questionable characters driving in the area and walking on the streets.

Too many vagrants around the area. Hotel was outdated

Older hotel, in a great location for my cycling trip ill go back next year, staff was amazing.

Paid for a king mattress was queen on king frame with a full size flat sheet. Pillows were stained, toenails on the carpet, was given 1 bath towel and used toiletries. The window curtains were rigged up so we had to pin them closed. The entire landscaping was over three feet tall. The staff was extremely friendly and it was very close to the BOK. Understandable if it were $50 or so a night.
