Great 2 night stay. Customer service was amazing. Easy and fast check in and check out. Second time staying here and it was wonderful. Nice size room. Clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable and pillows were nice and fluffy. Will definitely be back.

Such a cute property in a small town. Very close to downtown and clean and quiet.

We went during the Christmas season and the hotel was nicely decorated - inside and out. The town was also very well decorated… I’m assuming since the town hosts the Polar Express. Parking was plentiful and check-in was quick and easy. I didn’t have much interaction with staff memebers except at check-in. Our room was clean and stocked. Breakfast was good: they had two “hot” selections - eggs and sausage patties, there was also waffles, bread, doughnuts, etc.
We did not use the pool and I am not sure if it is heated, but it looked well maintained.
Although this hotel is close to a gas station and truck stop we had no issues with noise.
I would recommend staying here and would stay here again if we are in the area.

My stay at this hotel was a terrible experience. The other guests were extremely loud, making it hard to get any rest. To make matters worse, housekeeping knocked on our door at 7:45 a.m., even though checkout wasn’t until 11 a.m. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic, blaming us for not having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign—despite the fact that the room didn’t even come with one! The lack of basic hospitality and consideration here is shocking. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The outlets for plugging in our computers and phones didn’t work. No shampoo in the bottle in the shower. Our television wouldn’t work so we called front desk to come and get it to work but they never came to our room to see if they could fix it. Very dissatisfied with the breakfast also, constantly running out of stuff and we had to hunt the people to bring things out to the people.
