I wish they would fixed the heating system in my room. This is the second room where the heat begins to blow, and then is turned off with it never blowing hot air.

Check in was smooth until our air didn’t work in our first room. We were transferred to another room on the same floor and there was an ozone machine running in that room. So we were again transferred to another floor and room. The worst are the keys they deactivated every few minute due to my Apple Watch apparently. Very inconvenient. We are staying in this room but the air is struggling!!! It’s hot in here!!!

Prepaid for room and didn’t even stay. Place was unsafe, loud and room was not secure. Had three young girls in the group and front desk person kept saying room number very loud for others in the lobby to hear. Three men in the lobby appeared to be listening to the room number announcement and following the girls around so we just left.

The area in which this hotel is located in a is very misleading. Upon arrival we were met with police stationed outside the hotel for it to be roughly 3 miles outside of Uptwon. The automatic doors to the hotel stayed opened ALL NIGHT so anyone was allowed to enter the building all night long. The little heater in the room barely worked and made so much noise just to come in. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner, and the room had a funny smell. Also the there people in the hallways all night making noise , running , and playing.

Pros: very friendly and helpful staff. Condition of room: furniture was dated, heating was from a portable unit (still got the job done), no place to put suitcases, bathroom could have been better thought out (e.g. bath towels kept in closet, no tissues, etc.). This was a 6 night road trip and this was our least favorite hotel, although it was adequate.

Upon arrival I was charged for a sofa bed in my room at $30 per night and we booked for 3 nights. No where on Expedia could I find charges for any room that included a sofa bed. We didn't need an additional need since we booked 2 double beds for myself and my son. Also no breakfast just coffee and tea. The bar isn't open and access is only through the front meaning no access even with your key card. We won't be returning next month.
