Ramada by Wyndham Baltimore West

The room was very nice, there are many dining options within walking distance, and the Roger Carter Community Center (swimming, exercise room, basketball) is approximately a 10 minute drive from the motel. The motel is also close to I-695.

It was horrible, the room was nasty. Ive never see a place so dirty, the mirrors looked like they've never been cleaned. The carpet was dirty and wet. The bed had dirty covers and pillow cases, besides the blood on the mattress. I was scared to get a shower because the towels and shower was dirty..We killed 2 cockroaches.I will be reporting this place..I tried to cancel, but wouldn't give me a refund

This place sucked. It doesn’t look anything like it did in the pictures. We were lied to about the free breakfast, there was none. The pool was outdoor and didn’t even have a liner on it. The TV remote didn’t even have a back to it. The beds were supposed to be Queens, they were twins. It smelled like musty mildew. The floorboards were cracked and had obvious water damage. We found a half eaten hot dog sitting on top of the mirror on the wall, piss stains in the bath tub, and to top it all off, there was a roach walking across the dresser. We let the roach live because it was obviously his house being that this place hasn’t been cleaned since it was built and we were the guests. The only thing that was good about this place was the Royal Farms across the street.

I checked out early due to not be able to bath…the tub in my room had not been cleaned complained to the front desk and was escorted to 4 additional brooms that also had dirty tuba

Bathroom had stains, non smoke room rigs of cigarettes, worst of all the online advert says continental breakfast, when all the had was few slices of bagel that even couldn'tfeed my familyof 4, No butter or cream cheese or eggs or sausage. A juice machine that doesn't work, little or no cereal. All they had was coffee and creamer, no sugar. My worst experience ever.

Bed bugs roaches walls was falling apart bathroom was very nasty bad smell asked for another room things gotten worse I left I will never do it again. Company needs to be accountable for accepting payments for rooms in any type of condition

Room was clean and staff were friendly

Disgusting rooms. There was a orange substance splattered on the walls in the first room. Burn holes from cigarettes in sheets and blankets. Got moved to another room that was just as bad,but when you flushed the toilet all the water came out the base. This was enough for me as we checked out 2 hours after checking in. Management offered no solution so i ended up paying for a room i didn't use. This hotel should not be on Hotels. Com

Roaches, the room wasn’t cleaned. I tried to clean it myself but the bathroom alone was too much it made me gagged. Writining on the walk, along with what seems like snot like substance with hair on the shower curtains. The door felt unsafe as the latch on the door was broken. I get it’s a motel but sheeeesh. I wish I could get my money back. Oh and they gave us opened cups with no coffee maker which is how I really know the room wasn’t cleaned before check in

The rooms were dirty it stinks smells really bad i didnt wanna lay down on the bed i didnt wanna use the shower i didnt wanna take off my shoes on that dirty carpet the ac/heat was in poor condition this place should cost $30-$40/per night and thats if its your last resort

This is an old school motel. The rooms have no refrigerator, hair dryer or microwave. Bathroom door could not close. Tub was dirty. Sign on the mirror said linens would be changed every 3 days. I was there a week and I spilled a small spot and that was there all week. The stairwell to the upstairs rooms was not lit making it feel unsafe. There was no rack to place a suitcase on. Bed was fine and water pressure was good.

Go somewhere else. The rooms are dirty and the breakfast is a sham with stale food and watered down juice. I checked out early and went to another hotel because I woke up with bug bites. When I went to check out, they told me I'd be refunded for the rest of my stay. I followed up on the refund over phone and they refused to give me a proper refund. I had to call Expedia then request a refund through my credit card.

The hotel should be demolished. Like walking into a horror movie. The street lamps flicker, the room lights flicker. The door frame is broken, the room has obviously never been cleaned. The bedding was torn and stained, burn marks and dist everywhere including the tub and toliet. So much grim in the bathroom that when no amount of scrubbing even with bleach would clean it. Shower curtain was also stained. Left after an hour of trying to sanitize and make it comfortable for at least one night but couldnt do it. They charge additional $10 if you want a mircowave or mini fridge. Thier coffee maker has never been cleaned either. Sleeping in your car would be a better experience.
