I uncomfortable first night had stranger knock on room , state oh sorry , more than once , finally I was fall sleep, you had housekeeping vacuum 12 am knocking on the door state it was accident!!! Front desk reception was excellent very nice n polite, first breakfast staff unfriendly kinda not polite! Didn’t clean room or do the bed like other hotel leave day gave fresh towel or make the bed

It’s in the Bronx. Leaf blowers early on the morning both Saturday and Sunday. The staff was lovely the breakfast was annoying due to single maker coffee machine in a cramped area. Room was clean

We did stopover in the Bronx to visit family. The hotel was just fine. The neighborhood is a bit rundown but the hotel seemed secure and the staff was very attentive. There was a parking lot and breakfast was included. We went out to dinner an Little Italy and had a fantastic dinner.

Looks nice outside, the inside is okay. Not enough parking, elevator takes long just use the stairs. My door key got stuck on the first day and on the second day the key stop working. Do not eat the breakfast, everyone that stayed that I know got sick. Nice bed, nice water pressure, and bathroom mirror. But personally this pricing wasn’t worth the stay.

After initially checking into the room the hotel concierge was too busy eating and finishing her food to check me in to start. I always check any room I stay in for cleanliness, upon initial Inspection there would bed bugs crawling all over the mattress…. I was bitten and immediately packed my belongings and left by 11pm. I would like a refund back. That stay was soooo disgusting!!!

The decor was acceptable. In need of upgrades to the shower stall which showed some mold. The refrigerator froze everything in it. All items placed in there at night were rock solid ice by morning. The manager was supposed to come to the room but never did. Was promised a call and as of 5 hours after checking out, no call. The bed wasn't soft nor were the pillows. The room was cleaned well in spite of the stains on the shower floor. The breakfast attendant Fanny was rude and disrespectful.
