The elevators were broken, the hotel tub was broken, the pool area was dirty and had broken furniture, the bathrooms by the pool were dirty and gross, the vending areas didn't have machines and was full of garbage, the ice machines were broken. The bathroom in our room was gross and leaking water.

My main concern was at check in, the rep double charged my card and I’ve never received my money back. I’ve called and spoke to Maria who said she’d returned the money to my card but still hasn’t posted. This was 6 days ago

No heat in the room. Tv remote was broken. Moved us to another room and we had heat but there was only one light that worked. Had trouble with access keys not working. Paint peeling and dirty carpets. Just drive on by!

Did not get any housekeeping services at all. I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and wash rags every day. Tub had a dirt stain in it and the drain in the tub was just a hole. The sink holds water and all of the curtains were hanging off the windows and not properly put up. The shower curtain was also missing hooks so the shower was a bit cold. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it sucks. I would love a refund

We stayed here in August, the advertisement of the room did not match what we received. Staff was rude and short the hallways were dimly lit and random people were standing outside the entrances. I caution you to keep on driving!

I secured and prepaid the room. It was for my grandsons birthday. Upon check in the wanted me to send my drivers license s photo credit card info.After a hour they had changed desk clerk my grandson went back up and said all his information is in your email.the new clerk said that’s crazy it’s prepaid all she had to do was mark him as guest he was checked in 10 minutes later. The coffe maker in the room had teabags and mold in it. It was noise and illegal activity was taking place, I’ll never book a Ramada again

Nice for a quick trip for a concert! Didn’t know their was a pool so did not have stuff to swim wish that was advertised more and other guests we loud talkers but not hotels fault that they were so loud in hall at 1am!! Would stay again if passing through Cleveland again!

I went to take a shower and after letting the water run for about 5 minutes , it was still luke warm ! And before that the first suite that I was in , did not have heat or a working TV. Very inconvenient to pack up from one room and move to another!!
