I am disappointed with the manager Lauren W. I had stroke with right side paralysis and can’t use my right side. They have handicapped bathroom with toilet paper on left side toilet paper dispenser and handrail but I am not allowed to use it because it is designated as employee bathroom. There are other bathrooms down the hall that the employees can use. Lauren did give me a booster seat for room toilet tho. I feel I should be allowed to use the hall bathroom that is handicapped friendly.

The room was just what I needed only all that I needed was a bed to sleep in for one night. The room was very clean. I was able to take a shower before I went to sleep.
I was also able to have a cup of coffee before I turned in.

Condition of the property was poor. The was a tissue sfuffed behind the electric plate to fill a gap in the bathroom. The wall plug bheind the bed was over loaded. The safe seemed uninterested in and barely friendly.
The food was wasn't great. Not in line with what you expect for a free breakfast.

The front lobby area was dirty. The little coffe area near the check in area was dirty. Every morning the trash can was way over flowing. The bed was uncomfortable. Th matters frame made loud noise every time you turn sides. Not enough light in the room.

The toilet was VERY close to the ground and didn't flush well. As an older woman it was uncomfortable to sit on and rise from. Never encountered such a terrible toilet before.

I'm sure it would have been great, but I could not find my reservation information anywhere. It wasn't even on the Expedia page. I just found the link this morning when they asked how my experience was. I feel like Expedia left me out to dry. I ended up staying at a motel 6. Which was alright, but I ended up not staying where I booked originally. Always follow up on with Expedia!
