Ramada by Wyndham Watertown/Thousand Islands NY

We always stay here...its well located and safe. Staff is nice and helpful. Haply to go back to this Ramada in Watertown!

Stay was great. A pleasant place to sleep between watching hockey at the arena.

My stay was very comfortable and front desk let me know if i needed anything to call.

Lobby was welcoming with the fire, but smelled of gas. Elevator seemed sketchy, but the room was ok. Chipped pain, ripped furniture. Had refrigerator and coffee maker. Shower was good but the shower is low so tall people have to duck down. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, oatmeal and apples. Located right on the strip near businesses and restaurants.

It was advertised w breakfast, none was served they said the person was sick , I am certain someone else could have taken the items out and put them out as we do it ourselves, Not impressed

Good for what we need. We always use this hotel when visiting family in the area. Clean and comfortable, staff always friendly.

It is convenient and well priced, especially for such a well maintained hotel.

The place has been upgraded since the last time we stayed there. We will definitely stay here again as it is central to everything, especially shopping and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel showing age. Colour scheme is dark and makes common areas look dingy. Front lobby had bit of odd smell. Breakfast area was great. Good food. TV channel selection solid. We ended up staying a second night because we were snowed in!

Booked for a one night stay. Front lobby had musty smell. Colours made place look dark and dingy. Rooms clean and spacious. Beds not the greatest but it’s not a high end resort either. Great breakfast. Super friendly front staff. Got snowed in so ended up booking a second night!

Had to wait for an hour for check in as no one was at the desk, bed was broken on window side so a kindisze was really a queen, sheets were stained, tv had no guide options Once staffed the staff was lovely, but I’m pretty sure they need more staff on the holiday as there was a line up of people waiting to check in.. we had to leave and go get dinner and come back 8pm is a late check in as it is so to be later than that was almost not worth the stay at all

When ever we stay over night in Watertown we always stay at this Ramada Inn. No complaints ever.

The breakfast was mediocre and they had the worst coffee that i have ever had. Everything else was just ok. Nothing fancy but an ok hotel. I did however like the laminate floor in the room rather than carpets..

Difficulty exiting the property if you wanted to turn left. Breakfast was sufficient but the same each day. Eggs, sausage, bread or bagel and a couple of cereal options. Apples were the only fruit. No yogurt. Coffee,tea and juices were available. The breakfast area was clean with plenty of space. The hotel room was clean. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Could have used a little table by the chair for a drink. No grab bars in the shower to safely step into and out of the tub/shower. Overall served the purpose for a two night stay at a reasonable cost.

It doesn’t matter that it is no longer a hotel you can smoke in, if you haven’t changed a curtain, bed linens, nor stuffy old furniture! The whole place smelled like 50 year old stale smoke!!! The old stuffed fabric chair next to the bed was tattered and smelled like cigarettes!! I could not breathe all night long!! The whole place stinks!!!
