The purpose of the trip was for my wife to have a medical procedure. When we returned to the hospital, the clerk observed my wife walking gingerly and asvised us the hotel had a wheelchair. She then immediately retrieved it. The gesture was appreciated 👏

My stay here was very satisfactory. I felt safe on the property and that my vehicle was safe in the Ramada parking. The room was clean and for the most, well maintained. I do understand that a lot of Hotels took a hit in maintaining their rooms during COVID. The room had a few small defects that needed some tending to, but nothing that interfered with me having a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would most definitely re-book at this Hotel whenever I am in the area.

Old property, beds are small(don’t have queen beds). Rooms are smaller for 4 people. Bathroom had leaks. Housekeeping had to be requested one day earlier. Parking cost us $50 per night. Property location is very good and central to most places. Staff was very good with us and providing great service.

The bed it was full sized and noise matrix. I think they have old matrix. The elevator inside it is very stinky. They need to change the carpet.

The room was about four hundred dollars for two nights. There was a four hundred dollar deposit charged up front. They charge fifty dollars a day for parking. The guy basically said that there was no choice because there was no other parking around. Will not stay there again. The room was not even clean. Hair in the shower and hair sticking to bathroom walls

It was one of the worst experiences me and my wife ever had on our 10 year anniversary. We had a two night stay. The TV did not work and when I checked out, the Management couldn’t accommodate us for not having a TV if I had known the location didn’t have TV service we wouldn’t have never made the reservations for Ramada

I have always chosen this hotel when attending a concert at The Troubadour. It is only a few minutes from the venue and there is a city bus stop located nearby. The hotel is clean and safe, and the rooms are large and well-lit. I highly recommend this property!

Not a cheap room, deposit was pretty ridiculous ($300) and it cost $50/ night to park there. Room was OK, but the wallpaper had so.e big tears in it and, for the money, didnt see a lot of value aside from it being close to a few places in W Hollywood.
