Beautiful place to stay in Sedona especially with pets.

We booked the property because it was convenient to the south rim of the Grand Canyon, on the website. It said they had a hot tub… When we got there, they said it was closed for the season. We wouldn’t have booked there if we had had accurate information. The hotel was OK… But nothing special for the price. I might try the Holiday Inn next-door.

Great proximity to the Grand Canyon entrance, lots of cafes nearby, hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a nice lobby. But I wouldn’t stay in the unattached buildings again. The sound insulation is terrible and we were kept up by extremely loud people above us. It made us tired before our visit to the Grand Canyon.

I did like the burrito selection in the vending machines! The rooms we got were comfortable, but not adjacent. They had a large tv, a small desk, dorm fridge, microwave and coffee maker, a generous bathroom, a heating cooling unit through the wall and two queen size beds. Both rooms had good views of the sky, but the foreground was either a pool or a sunken dry garden/walkway. One of the rooms had an oder. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They have a coin operated laundry, a nice coffee service, a morning snack, and hot chocolate anytime at the reception desk. There is a nice intimate seating area in the lobby, and a similar seating area outside by the fireplace. They own adjacent properties and share parking between them. The Grand Canyon South Entrance is minutes away. It's what we were here for.

The room is looks good, but be aware and cautious the additional charge to your credit card, which I have already charged for room stay, but latter have 250$ separate charge in the second day after check out, without any notices, and I audit and found after review credit card history 1 week later

I thought the listing said muffins and coffee but there wasn't anything in lobby

It was ok… view of parking lot was awesome. Check out was noon I believe but they were ready to clean our room at 0800. Very cramped (we had a room that allowed dogs) you can not stay in main hotel with pets. No breakfast. It is suited to just sleep and shower, that’s it. I would not stay here if I was planning on spending a couple of days at the Grand Canyon.

Rooms were very nice and clean and the staff were super friendly. The cost of our stay was very reasonable compared to other places in the area. We were pleasantly surprised ☺️

The guests stayed at the second floor kept walking and made noise during the middle night. We called the staff to stop them but they kept doing that.

Very friendly. Everyone working there was helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. Room was perfect. Great location with restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the Grand Canyon Park entrance. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

It was a good stay. very close to grand canyon. The beds were all clean and fine but the small couch and other things were a lottle old and dirty. The stay was not that bad but I widh they had some basic breakfast available. wouldnt mind staying there again.
