Nothing at all negative I can think of! Safe and my dog is welcome. Lots of restaurants and stores, close! The highway is right there too so it's very easy to get to Kngs Island, downtown Cincinnati, the zoo, Newport aquarium, trampoline park. Tons of places are really close.

A down to earth, dog friendly, people friendly place. Hotels can be scary for travelers, not this place! Very comfortable the entire time I was there and the gentleman, I believe to be the owner, went above expectations with his guienune kindness. I'd recommend this place to even my own grandma.

We had a great stay. We were able to bring our dog too! Not too far from Kings Island either. Good for the price paid!

The staff was unhelpful and rude, the rooms was nasty- walls were dripping with some kind of substance, burn holes in the bedding, towels stained, messaged the property and they never responded…. I didn’t even stay the night it was so bad

As soon as you walk in the building it smelt like Marijuana and smoke..even had a non smoking room and still wreaked of smoke. Husband went to get in shower a noticed the focet was turnt sideways so water came out wierd and when he turnt handle to turn water on the handle fell off. Beds are not comfortable pillows are horrible and you can here everything outside of building like thw window is open...it also doesnt have breakfast even though when book it said it did.

Room service was good, staff was helpful, lobby coffee was awful, hallways stunk with cigarette smoke, and it was disappointing to find out there was no continental breakfast or even some fruit out in the morning for guests. Some weights in the fitness room would be helpful.

The front desk clerk at check-in was friendly, helpful, and so fun! I wish I had gotten her name because she was so great and thoughtful of us traveling with young kids (for both our family and other guests). The hotel was clean, comfy, and quiet for being near a busy road. We would definitely use this hotel again!

We booked the hotel for a day of swimming, so we didn't stay overnight. The front desk staff was amazing. I'm so angry that I cannot remember the name of the lady that helped us
That's what I get for waiting so long to write this review. She was fun, but professional. Our room was clean. The hotel is just in need of some updates. If you need a clean hotel to lay your head for a quick stay with friendly staff...this is the spot!

Cosmetic needed a little touch up in the room, but nothing overly major. Check in was incredibly simple and fast. I don’t remember her name, but our check in was full of laughter and easiness. Beds were comfy. My son absolutely enjoyed the outdoor pool. No complaints there at all. It was easy to hear the other doors slamming at night, I don’t know if the doors just need touched up or if it was just easy to hear.

The property was easy to find and very close to restaurants, Kings Island etc. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a nice size, everything worked in the room, and was beds were comfortable.
The hallway has a strong smell of smoke and pot which lingered into the rooms. The rooms need updating and a good deep cleaning. There was also an infestation of ants. My husband went to the front desk and someone came a sprayed a few spots on the room but it did not help much. There were ants everywhere, which made it hard to have snacks or drinks out because they would get into it. It also didn't help because my pre-schooler is in a stage where she is scared of every bug. She wouldn't leave the bed.
