Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and breakfast is very good. We really appreciate that our pet is welcome.
The only negative is that some of the property is looking a little tired eg outside the side entrances and the bathrooms need to be updated.

We frequently visit Knoxville, therefore we have stayed at several Red Roof Inns. This stay was the 4th different one we stayed at and by far the best. The evening lady checking us in was very polite. The following morning the breakfast was very plentiful and the staff were friendly and polite. Beds were very soft as well.

Dirty room dust everywhere, musty smell,behind night stands used plastic forks and black mold on ac unit. Previous guest winters hat. Very noisy, guests slamming doors all hours of the night. Horrible Stay property not kept up no elevator

The beds were very comfortable. The heater in the room did not work. We got in late so we just went to bed without mentioning it to staff. The soap dispenser for the bathroom sink was empty. Door keycards stopped working, so a trip to front desk was required for this on checkout day. It would have been nice if some kind of compensation was provided for the inconveniences, but nothing was provided.

Quick stop over for a night during a return Family road trip with young children, it was rated 7 and 7.6 on Expedia when I made the reservation, We checked in at 11:30pm, my wife believed one of the bed sheets was probably unchanged from previous user, she was disgusted there were something like “dried semen” stains on the pillow and bedsheet on one of the beds. There were also “yellow urine” stains on the toilet seat. I was told about this after I charged the car and returned at 12:30am. Wife had told kids keep their jackets on and slept on top of the bedcover instead and we left at 8am right away. Staffs seem friendly but it was an unacceptable experience.

I usually don’t like to write reviews, but this I have too, this hotel has nothing to do with the pintures!! No no no x100000!! Dirty, the room was horror, food and left overs from previous guests in the kitchenette massive amount of hair in the tub, dust and stains everywhere, dirty floors, bugs on the walls and the check in staff was soooo rude! I could definitely said this is the worst hotel I ever been.

Bed was good. Shower was clean. Otherwise entire property is shabby. Cracked moldy looking walls and ceiling. Carpeting throughout is gross. Everything looks old. A $50 hotel charging $80.
