Quick one-night stay. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Lobby is in desperate need of renovation and the lighted sign out front needs some love, too. The room was very good and the floors, shower, and furniture looked new. Some minor cleanliness concerns like finding long hairs on the sheets and one of the towels, but the rest was fine. WiFi worked great.

The staff was not bad at all but literally everything else was terrible. Woke up feeling sick, ac barely worked, just staying two days for a work trip and wasn’t able to sleep at all. Bummed to say the least.

We reserved a handicap accessible (bathroom. King size suite called on Monday to confirm was told there was no such a reservation. I must go back to Expedia trying to correct this issue so I did. In the end, the hotel validated that I had a bathroom accessible room. I got to the hotel. There was no such room. I was told that I could refund my money or I could stay, but there was nothing else you would do for me. I had no choice but to stay. I contacted Expedia who also contacted the hotel & the hotel said that I was in the room I had booked, which was not true and then said that I could cancel through the third-party if I wanted too but there are no refunded policy would remain in effect. I never said I wanted to cancel the rooms. I just said I wanted the room I booked. They gave me a room next-door with a possibility of switching next morning at 8 AM, but even at 8 AM the room was not clean or available completely.. we continued with our plans and when we got back to the hotel at midnight, we were locked out of our room. We had to go to the front desk and proof who we are so that we can get back into the room. That is when we decided we would not stay at their hotel again and we would not give a favorable review.

Worst experience ever. Stained sheets, stained towels, stained comforters and multiple roach sightings. I left within an hour and got a refund for the remaining days. Avoid at ALL costs.

If I could give it less than one star I would, it was disgusting. The room was moldy, the sheets were covered in stains, the covers, the sheets, everything was stained. It was disgusting. The mattresses were flat, the latch was non-existent. Security is clearly a concern. No wonder this was the only hotel not filled. For the price it wasn’t worth it. Go somewhere else Buyer beware.

Location is perfect for going to Busch Gardens. It's an easy 10 to15-minute drive. Our room was updated, clean, comfortable king bed and also had a small fridge and microwave. We stayed with our dog and there was ample grass area to walk her. We had an excellent meal at the Wing restaurant next door to the hotel. I know its hit or miss, but never heard any noise outside. We will stay here again next time we visit Busch Gardens.

The room had an odor when you first open the door. The bathroom was filthy with a dead cockroach behind the door and a huge ant near the toilet. The towels were thin and useless and had grease stains on them. The a/c was from the old days and sounded like a jet engine so you could not hear the tv. The bed was comfortable and the tv was nice. The shower head was nice and the water seemed clean.

The property smelled very bad! I got to my checkin at 10pm and when i arrived they had canceled my booking, without even letting me know. Stating that i got to check in before 6pm which i was never informed. The place is just very bad and very rude staff. I do not recomend at all.

I am fighting to get this reservation/booking canceled. We walked in the room after check in and immediately walked out and did not stay at this nasty hotel. I had to evacuate my home due to storm damage from Hurricane Milton and this was the only place available within 70 miles. My wife and I opted to sleep in our car rather than risk our health and safety at this location. This place needs a health inspection and should be condemned.

This is the worst hotel in Tampa!! Very dirty and unsafe!! We booked a couple nights due to losing our power from hurricane Milton, and after checking in, could not even stay!! The room was not clean. The bed had stains and hair all over the comforter and sheets. The floor was dirty and sticky to walk on. The lights did not work, no cable and didn't even have a lock on the door! We asked for a different room, and got the same result. Asked front desk for a refund and they said they do not do the refunds as we booked through a third party. We called hotels.com to get a refund and when they called the hotel, the manager told them they do not show a reservation for us and hung up on them. Red Roof then charged our card for the entire stay. Hotels.com was no help as they could not reach the hotel. We have contacted Red Roof Headquarters and got them involved. DO NOT STAY HERE! DIRTIEST HOTEL IN TAMPA!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
