I didnt like that there was some fecal matter in the toilet bowl when i arrived and they wanted to charge for parking in the parking lot.

The hotel and room were nice and clean. The price was good. The lakeside area was quiet.
Unfortunately, there were several issues:
There was no safe in my room. The engineer said there were no extras available, so I had to change rooms, which wasted 1-2 hours.
On the second day (out of three), my room was not cleaned for no apparent reason.
The hotel is a bit isolated (far from I-95), and they charge $10 for parking, which seems a bit unreasonable.

Property looks tired. No hot water in the morning. Garbage bins not emptied by elevators. Several elevator buttons broken (small things, but when you pay that kind of money you expect more). Front desk staff wonderful! Restaurant not so much.

Very expensive just for there to be construction going on right outside my window. Being waken up at 7am to loud banging and noise was not pleseant. There was no notice from the front desk at check in about the construction.

I have never been to a hotel especially not a Marriott that didn't have coffee in the lobby. They have a Starbucks that you have to buy coffee at. Ridiculous. The room had a chintzy cheap coffee pot and the coffee tastes burnt. The room was not very clean
