A very nice hotel. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I highly recommend it.

The property was absolutely beautiful, however i am a black male who walked in with a friend of mine who happened to be a white female behind me. There were two employees at the service desk tending to customers. I stood on the line to the left( if you are facing the counter) and my friend stood on the line to the right. The lady in front on me completed her transaction and left. The employee at the counter called my friend over from the line to the right and began to service her. I was dumbfounded. Shortly the person to the right completed his transaction and i had to go over to the right to check in.

I had fun it was very peaceful and comfortable I’m coming back to stay again soon

When I first arrived I had a city view room and soon as I entered the door roaches were all over the bathroom floor. I showed videos of the roaches and I was upgraded to an ocean view room which was still dirty. My overall experience was terrible I will never book again!

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. The bartenders were excellent! We never ate in the restaurant but did eat at the bar one night. The food was a 7/10. We were a little surprised that the hotel did not offer free coffee or breakfast. We paid $10 for 2 cups of coffee and was told breakfast was $16 per person. Besides the costs of food and beverages, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

I was disappointed that valet parking wasn’t available. The cost to park in the garage was $15 a night instead of the $10 per night listed on my confirmation invoice. Check-in was good, Domonique, the bellhop was friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Check-out presented a few challenges; The Front Desk was understaffed. I had to call a day later to request my receipt after being told that it would be emailed to me that same day. The view from the window in my room was spectacular! The room was comfortable and clean

The hotel is really run down. The bathroom was dirty and really run down. Like the sink hardware was peeling off, and the shower tile had mole. And the air conditioner didn’t work properly. The view from the room was incredible thought.
