Nice property

The only negative I can recall is the absence of video surveillance cameras on the floors or near elevators, which makes you feel uneasy when you are staying with your small children.

There was some construction going on at the hotel but they kept it very clean. Staff was super friendly, not that we had much interaction because everything went smoothly. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was really good. Scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, something for everyone. A good stay for sure.

There was constraction all over the hotel, the smell in the room was awful, no light in the bathroom and in the morning they turn off water!! Save your money and stay away!!

I liked the staff, the breakfast wasn't to good. The air-conditioning makes a lot of noise.

By far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Everyone we encountered from staff to other guests were SO friendly and welcoming. The property was clean, our room was so well kept during our weeklong stay. The beds were so comfortable. Laundry on site was so convenient. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Absolutely will be staying here again. Thank you so much to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!

Great property and service, only two things need improvement the TV ( volume is very low) and beds are not comfortable. Will stay here again.

Clean, updated and staff was absolutely amazing!

It was an excellent stay. Everything was provided in the kitchen including pots, pans, cooking utensils, knives, plates, glasses, etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. My only “complaint” would be the design of the bathroom. The toilet was so close to the door that sometimes I am unable to close or open it unless force is applied.

Overall 92% rating.(the minor issues at bottom) Good things 1st, STAFF is excellent! It was a holiday weekend so most rooms were booked everywhere. except for Suites. But, it was a good deal. The room was VERY clean, had ALL the amenities you would need for the dishwasher, fridge(PLUS ice maker),stove, shower etc.Even double supplies.The fold-out bed had a FULL set of sheets, pillows, pillowcases, blankets without being requested! The pool was pristine w/towels available without request! FOOD! buffet was DELICIOUS, not your normal cold cereal & oatmeal. It was a FULL waffle bar, oatmeal bar & tortilla bar with over 20 different toppings. The lady in food area kept it all HOT, fresh, well stocked & clean. Front desk staff were kind, considerate, EXTREMELY friendly, & full of smiles during check in &out, I was highly impressed! Especially one employee by the name of Melanio, he went ABOVE & beyond helping me when I was so exhausted. He was already at the end of his shift checking out to leave but maintain his kindness and efficiency to the end. Would recommend! Only negatives my particular room had a strong musty stale odor (but we are by the ocean) A quick Spritz of Lysol & it was fine. The biggest problem was when the pull out couch bed was fully extended, you would no longer be able to get from the kitchen to the bathroom it completely blocked you. We had to rearrange kitchen table and furniture to be able to get around the room. Still loved it
