Love this hotel!!

This hotel gave away my room and lied and told me my room was switched by hotels.com and the hotel actually gave away my room. The manager and the person at the desk had no morals.

The hotel stay was great but the breakfast was not very good. Food was gone and it was cold.

The front desk employees were friendly and daily breakfast was excellent 👌

Good location with plenty of food options near by. Big parking lot and friendly staff. Also, good breakfast.

Was given a ADA room. Room was a bit dark with the lighting provided. Only had one towel in the bathroom. Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Shower head needed to be replaced as it had very little pressure. Was a bit disappointing based on other reviews.

Very nice hotel with a hugs lobby with a fireplace and TV. Also has an outdoor fire pit area.

The property seemed to have been remodeled recently and things like the landscaping, lobby, pool, and the suite appliances were very nice. Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortable including the linens, mattress, and pillows. The fold-away bed was horrible and you’ll need a visit to the chiropractor after using it! Some of the toiletries were empty. The room allowed lots of external noise including the nearby highway or other guests to enter.

Had a good stay. Front desk ladies were sooooo nice!

This was a wonderful hotel for our family of 5. It was close to the Mall of America, close to the Minnesota Zoo, and close to the Twin Cities Outlet Mall. It had a basketball court and pool on site. It has a BBQ and a fire pit in a court yard area for guests to use. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beautiful and new. The king beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was not. Since we had 2 rooms we used the mattress from the one sofa bed on top of the other sofa bed, which, with 2 mattresses, was then comfortable. We had requested adjoining rooms through hotels.com, but the hotel didn’t get the message. I should have phoned. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. We also made use of the community pickle ball courts nearby and shopped for food at the Aldi next door.

Everything is all good and safe

The staff os very friendly This is my 2nd stay here. Isabella & Abby are very nice and pleasant and always where available to answer any questions! I love that this hotel is close to the stores/shopping areas and love the the hotel has an outdoor grill to grill outside and relax with a fire pit !

Amazing loved our stay here was so clean quite and in a beautiful area. We will definitely be booking there again
