Very disappointed. The room had a musty smell, the carpet was dirty, the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly, seemed partially plugged to the point where we didn’t attempt a shower, there was a group of homeless people set up and sleeping in the parking lot at the entrance. For a Marriott hotel, we were surprised.

The staff was fine. The breakfast was ok. On par with many other crappy free hotel breakfasts. The main issue with hotel is that it is old and has clearly not had any updates in a LONG time. The room was dirty…very rinky dink beds and no luggage racks. One shower was clogged…light switches that were backwards for the ‘appropriate’ lights…the room was just very weak in every way. This property is worn and dingy. There were numerous things needing repair. The hotel needs a complete remodel.The breakfast was horrible.The staff was fine. The current rating on Expedia is extremely inaccurate. I never leave reviews but this was exceptionally bad.

Staff on training gave me wrong key card to a room that was already occupied. Waited a long time to check in, new staff got off phone and told me to wait as she's finishing up a resume. Another staff also have no customer service skills. He speaks and looks like he dont want to deal with people.

Unfortunately, we found bed bugs in our bed. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and was very disappointed when the bed bugs started to bite our daughter, we had to end our 4 day stay Early. We found the bed buys one day after check in and left the same day to clean our belongings.

Comfortable, clean and modern. Overall great stay. We were there for a baseball tournament. We were able to socialize and order take out in the lobby / dining area. Slept great and breakfast was fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Room smelled like stale smoke. Grip bar in bathroom had been broken off and hole wasn’t completely filled in. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
