I would love to rate this hotel a 10/10! A 5 star rating all the way! The fact that it's pet friendly, in the BX; is by far the best hotel I have ever experienced! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Our room was not ready at checkin time.
False fire alarm went off at 2 am and we could not hear the announcement. Heating unit was not efficient. Set it at 77 and room was still chilly.

I didn’t like the fact that the heating system in my room was not working and I called front desk who sent a technician but he couldn’t fix it and I had to put on warm clothes and go under the blanket to sleep early and couldn’t sit on chair to relax etc and they had no more rooms available and couldn’t give me a refund to go to another hotel because booked thru a 3rd party Expedia and they have to pay U commission. If I had booked directly then they could have given me a refund.
I hereby demand a refund for the inconvenience and the pain and suffering that I endured that made my stay miserable.

Room wasn’t ready at check in. Another family in front of me also was in the same predicament. I was told it was a maintenance issue. When I finally got in the room, and was in the shower, someone walked in the room. I later found out it was housekeeping which is odd considering it was after check in time. I just didn’t get a good vibe off this place and I am a status member.

It’s a family friendly hotel- Very clean with friendly and helpful staffs. Groceries can be easily delivered to the front desk. We only stayed for two days, but it was a good experience!
