It was really a bad experience and bed was sounding and smells horrible and room was not clean enough, there was no blanket on the bed They charged extra money without informing us as they had already entered our credit card which is illegal and unethical,we did call to ask the reason but they were blaming it’s our fault and the refused to refund illegally deducted money. We felt embarrassed

It was filthy! There was roaches in the bathroom. It smelled so bad like mold and mildew. Bullet proof glass incases the front desk. The smoke detecter was broken. We ended up leaving 3 days early to a different hotel. I recommend nobody stays at that place!

The hotel is disgusting. Had several men hanging out at the front door smoking and the lobby smelt like smoke and mold. I never made it past the lobby.

If I could put no stars on this review, I would we went to stay for four nights and it was absolutely disgusting smelt like mold all throughout the hotel sheets were stained . The floor was stained and so were the walls. It was absolutely disgusting. We ended up sleeping in our cars and found a different hotel. We traveled 14 hrs from ga to tx and was highly disappointed the staff was very unhelpful I do not recommend this place!!!!!!!! Thankfully Expedia helped us find a new hotel! But In all honesty this place needs to be shut down the fact I had to deal with all that at 4:00am was ridiculous!!!!

Didnt feel safe. Shady characters staying there. Lock to room was broken. Staff was not accomodating. DONT RECOMMEND.

Positive reviews have got to be a lie and negative reviews must get deleted. We checked in went to a concert and checked out deciding we would not be staying the night. We attempted to tell staff and they just stated they could not move our room but did not address the complaint. As soon as you walk into the lobby entrance you are hit with a smell of cigarettes and greeted with what looks like bulletproof glass at check in. It should’ve been a red flag there there was a sign stating no refunds for power outage. As you walked through the hallways there were fumes that I can’t describe that started causing a headache, the fumes did not go away upon entering our room. The room did not look like it had been cleaned as there was dirt and grime on everything as well as blood stains on my brothers sheets and holes in the walls.

As soon as you go inside the smell gets you really bad (mariguana, cigarettes, moldy, humid) is a mix of all that together. The room was dirty, stains everywhere, dirty sheets, dirty sofa, and the carpet was a mess We last a little more then two hours in there and it was a nightmare I wouldn’t recommend this hotel We left right away, didn’t care about their no refund policy.

Location was non operational. We arrived , but there was no one there. I mean empty hotel with no guests or employees.

The hotel should NOT be available for reservations if there is no power in the property!

Lighting in bathroom very poor. But this place is quiet, clean, and welcoming. I always stay there.

STAY AWAY! This hotel was horrendous. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not let the lobby picture fool you! If you can get past the stench in the hallways, there were stains covering the floors, walls, AND sheets. My sheets also had knife cuts in them so if that doesn’t tell you what kind of place this is then… good luck. I paid for two nights and felt so unsafe I left for another hotel after night 1. Absolutely disgusting.
