Reverb by Hard Rock Atlanta Downtown

The hotel has no restaurant - you just order food at the bar. The room has no closet, only 1 drawer, no magnifying mirror, no chair, the TV cannot be turned to face the sofa, no extra pillows, blankets. only a sliding "barn" door to the bathroom -cannot be locked, not really any privacy It was a busy weekend for the CFP championship and it was very cold outdoors so MANY people who were NOT staying there congregated in the bar area/lobby . there was no crowd control, lines for the bathroom were crazy, not enough staff to handle all the excess people. The music (live) was entirely too loud.

We had a nice stay. They were able to accommodate our early check-in, but twice our key card wasn’t programmed correctly. The room was ver spacious, beds were comfortable, but our bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Great location! We would return for sure.

At time of check-in Concierge was very helpful I regret not getting her name.Upon check-out Concierge Brittany was extremely helpful in getting g us transportation to airport.Just a great experience

Unexpected stay, but very nice. Would stay again

The hotel has a stylish vibe to it and fine for my stay whilst attending a Trade show downtown - it was just a 20 minute walk past the Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena and the Olympic Park. I used the gym every morning and whilst limited in machinery it was clean and well maintained. The view of the sunrise over the city was amazing. The room was ok. A few scuffs and knocks but nothing too aesthetically painful. The room and bathroom were clean and beds comfy. The coffee machine in the room was broken and I had to get a free coffee from the bar each morning as it didn't get fixed when reported. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. Reported to reception but not dealt with until I spoke personally with the housekeeping. Reception charged my room for food and drink that I had during my stay, reducing the amount of my deposit that I had returned. When I asked for receipt they said it would be emailed. I received no email. The hotel overall was good value and I would recommend.

I would stay again the staff was very nice, but the parking attendant was a lil rude.

Perfect location for stadium events. There are dining options and bars within walking distance, but more extensive options would require a drive. Our stay was louder than average due to national championship game, but the mornings were quiet and when nothing was going on. Highly recommend this stay for the convenience.

The view isn’t the best but the hotel was nice.

Staff was wonderful

Newish boutique hotel. The room was very nice, although it was missing some amenities (no coffee machine, but an expresso machine). Walking in at night was an assault on my senses. Very loud rap music, darkened bar area to walk through to get to elevators. Too much for this old man ( I'm 44 ). I'm sure younger folks would enjoy it, I did not and stayed away from the bar and restaurant

You simply cannot beat the location of Reverb ATL Downtown. The sweeping views of the city and the proximity to the Mercedes Benz arena (and State Farm) are all great. The hotel itself is okay, but it is the people and the excellent customer service that'll have us returning again. That said, we'd like to extend a special thank you to all of our new friends: Candice, Jaleesa (spelling?), Ace, Mike, the DJ on Thursday night, and all of our new friends at the reception/reservation desk. Thanks once more for everything, and we will see you again soon!

The hotel was OK. It ended up updating. The food was terrible and felt like frozen food.

It was very clean and quite

I stayed for 1 night. I was in town solely for a work meeting. The staff was very nice and the vibe is trendy. I was however disappointed to find the roof deck closed with no explanation why, extremely limited food selections and overall amenities. There was no soap in the bathroom, limited TV stations and an ‘amenity closet’ per floor that offered water from a dispenser that you could take back with a plastic cup. Overall, I wouldn’t return unfortunately

Great stay! Will stay again

It was great overall. I had interaction with Josh whom is manager I believe who made sure that he took care of us and was very friendly. Great service, great vibes at night, in the morning lady at the breakfast and bar so lovely. Super nice staff, and that just is what you need.
