The hotel is very centrally located and easy access to Gatlinburg. Great place, clean, friendly staff. The only complaint is that it needs updated and remodeled. Ants were coming into the bathroom thru the wall.

The floors were extremely dirty. The bottom of our feet would be black after walking barefoot.
We did not have any coffee or creamer in our room when we checked in. We checked in late so our room had been ready for several hours.
We had to go to the check in site to get these items. We did not have any paper towels or a trash bags in the room. The sink in the upstairs bath dripped. The sink itself had a chip and crack in it which looked horrible. My husband had a spider crawling on him and his pillow case smelled like cologne or perfume as if the pillow case had not been changed out. It was not our best place of stay. The location was good as to walking distance to everything. The location was good to see the New Year’s Eve display. The decor of the room could have been better but mostly we would have been happy just to have a clean room.

Did not have any WiFi connectivity. Too expensive for the condition of the property. Did not have staff remove trash or change towels during the stay and hot water was a major problem. Showers too low and not conducive for people taller than 5’4

When arriving around 2:30 we had to wit for room when 4:00 checkin came asked how much longer and still told no room. The other Rep at the desk Chelsie said I can move something around and check you in the first rep wouldn’t try to help although we saw others checkin at 4:00. Been here twice want stay again

It seems to me that for the good location that the hotel has, they have it very deteriorated, the bathtub is yellow and old, as well as the sinks. There is only one person at the reception for the entire hotel. I wanted to get a drink of water and none of the machines had water. When I entered the room it had a strange smell. The carpet looks like it hasn't been changed for years. It disgusted me to walk there. I would definitely not stay there again with my family.

Front desk staff were great! She was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room a/c unit was stuck on heat so that made the room unbearably hot , we opened the balcony door to cool it off and sleep. Bathroom is a lil outdated but the beds were comfy

This is a below-average hotel in a fantastic location. The bed was comfortable.
The doors had drafts, and when it's in the 20s outside, that's no good.
There were nearly no decorations, definitely not "homey" like the photos.
The door to the adjoining room was SO thin. I could clearly hear the family in the next room converse, and they left the TV on all night. ALL NIGHT.
The staff were ok. Didn't really want a timeshare hustle just to get my parking pass, though.

My daughter and I took a much needed getaway and this was the perfect location. Our room was overlooking the river and I couldn't have been more pleased with the view. Our room was very spacious and CLEAN. I will definitely be returning.
