RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain

This hotel is huge and gorgeous! Best food ever for a hotel restaurant! Staff was so helpful. Wonderful wine tasting room and views were awesome!

Nice spot for a getaway

Excellent spacious clean and lovely accomodations; full kitchen; total comfort and luxury. Restaurants on site were great; outdoor heated pool a huge plus. Lovely stay!

Towels in the room were very very rough on the skin and the Internet was down all night, so no tv and was unable to use my work laptop, very frustrating

Very nice

The resort was very clean, has comfortable beds, and good service. The outdoor hot tub was lovely. The Italian restaurant was delicious. It was centrally located to a bunch of restaurants and stuff. However, We expected an indoor pool from the website and reviews, but it’s just the steps to the outdoor pool that are indoors. The indoor hot tub was fine but there aren’t any lounge chairs or anything, just a few regular chairs in a hallway. A few basic things are missing from the resort- there is nowhere to get coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. There are no breakfast options and the cafe across the street was closed for the season. The fireplaces in the main lobbys are fake, just pictures of fire. We went on a weekend getaway in the mountains to relax around the indoor pool and drink hot chocolate in front of a cozy fireplace, so this place wasn’t the right choice for that. The outdoor area looked like it would be great in the summer though.

We love our trips to the Riverwalk and especially excited this visit to see the new expansion. The new restaurant and winery are a great addition.

The heated pool and large tubs in rooms were great

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. We stayed here the night we got engaged which felt even more special. The room was so clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a gorgeous unexpected balcony which suited our morning coffee perfectly! Our only gripe was that we were told at the front desk that both restaurants were open and only one of them was; however the more relaxed restaurant that we ate as was lovely and good value. We stayed here on a Thursday night and not many restaurants around the area were open on a Thursday for any fellow travellers!

This is our third time staying at Riverwalk and we always enjoy our stay. There are quite a few improvements and additions, which just adds to the whole experience. We highly recommend it

Lovely place nearby restaurants and local establishments.

We stayed in a suite with a full kitchen overlooking the slopes and it was awesome. Our only complaint is that the fireplace was not real, it was one of those with lights instead of fire but we rolled with the punches and won’t knock a star just for that although we were really looking forward to real fire (it was in the 40s when we visited in November). The hotel is in a quaint town that has restaurants and there is a grocery store right next door, which makes it very easy. There is a river behind the hotel (hence the name) and a great walkway along the river. The wine in the winery is not the best but heck, when you are on vacation any wine is good. They also serve cider (alcoholic, of course!) and that was Ok but again, it is good to have that option on property. It is a great location to drive to the Kancamagus scenic road. Do the loop and go to the Omni Washington Mt. Resort. That was a very cool stop. We did dinner there and it was very expensive ($150 for 2) but we splurged and really enjoyed the grounds. You don’t need to eat there to visit. A must hike is the Sabbaday Falls.

Lovely Hotel... great location and well kept.

Great property , great pool and jacuzzi, very convenient, you can walk to flap jacks, one love brewery, and there is a axe throwing literally in the same parking lot to the right of the building walking out next to one love brewery, there is also a grocery store steps from the hotel on the left.. its right on the kangamangus .. their is a trail behind the hotel with some very unique beautiful views of the river.. do not miss !!

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. I have traveled all over the world and it definitely ranks up there. Very clean, comfortable bed and great room. We will be back.

Everyone was so nice and the place was so clean. Very convenient to everything you want to do in Lincoln!
