Always a great experience. Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Room was very comfortable. Was so happy they turned the heat on before I arrived. This place is always wonderful and well worth the money.

The room was ground floor as we had requested due to bad knee. The heater was not working on the window unit but the management had provided a standing ceramic electric space heat that was more then enough for the room. I know it will be fix soon. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to San Angelo.

The room smelled terrible - musty & smoky. I went to the office to discuss it and she said it was just the way it was. Said it wasn't a smoking room. She walked away from me. I couldn't ask for a different room, because she left. The carpet was filthy and had smoke burns in it. The heater worked intermittently during the night & I was cold. No extra blanket in the room. The room keys always initiated a blinking red light that took 5-10 minutes to go away. It then took half a dozen more tries to get the door to unlock. The next morning, the young man who took my keys & printed my receipt asked if everything was OK. I said no & asked for a card with the manager's email address. I said I preferred to write to the manager. The young man said the manager won't actually read his email, that he is an owner & therefore doesn't participate in much. What? I asked. The young man said he could relay my concerns. So I said the room smelled terrible & .... He cut me off immediately. Started telling me how they are a budget motel & they usually get contractors/construction workers renting the rooms & ... I interrupted and said he wasn't listening, that he didn't let me finish, that he was making excuses instead of really listening. He huffed & puffed, said angrily, "I'm sorry I brought it up" and he walked away from me. End of severely unpleasant stay, cold & sleepless & dirty night, & being two front desk people's punching bag. I have written to Roadway's corporate offices.

Bed comfortable. Light at entrance to room not working. Water only luke warm. Room clean; towels off white but clean.

I used to be familiar with a serene area inhabited by some mature individuals who appeared to appreciate the tranquility of their surroundings. Occasionally, they would venture out to picturesque spots to enjoy stunning landscape views. This provided a glimpse into their values, particularly their deep respect for nature and their inhabited environment. Evidently, they cherished the beauty around them and recognized the importance of preserving it for future generations. Their interactions with the environment reflected a commitment to sustainability and a mindful approach to living harmoniously within it.

No complaints

On a road trip and needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours. Front desk was helpful and pleasant. As many other reviews have recommended doing renovations in the rooms would be beneficial for the inn, especially starting with carpet. No complaints, my family and I felt safe and had room to park our trailer.

For the price, this met our needs. It is an older motel, but it was very clean and the front desk staff member was very helpful.

It’s not like the pictures. Stained floors at least the bed was clean. Bathtub very slippery had to put a towel down so we wouldn’t slip and fall. Honest option it felt like somewhere I would hire a s3x worker to come too. The ladies and men employees are very nice and friendly

I chose this motel because it was inexpensive but had good reviews. All I wanted was a clean place to stay. Unfortunately, this was not that. Nothing looked particularly clean, but the carpet was terrible. It was stained and had holes in it. Worst of all, there was a sticky piece of gum on the ground, which I found out by stepping in it. All of the linens seemed washed but were stained. It's really your run-of-the-mill motel, but I had a higher standard based on the review. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. The main building was a bit hard to find. It's on the side of the property.

Very nice and clean. Front desk was very friendly. Lots of people partying there, but not anywhere near my room, so, it didn’t bother me. I would stay there again.

Property was ok. When checking out the front desk clerk stayed seated and he never offered me a receipt.
