Hotel overall is dated. First impressions are important. The sign is completely weathered. Upon checkin it took 20 minutes- no line. The lobby looks terrible and unkempt. They reply to their google reviews they are doing a renovation. There is no construction in the area. The rooms are dated. The tub faucet handle fell off when turning on the shower. The TV did not work. I called the front desk and they unplugged the cable box plugged it back in and waited until tv came on. The problem reoccurred several minutes later where the tv froze and had to reboot. They should have replaced the box. The breakfast was terrible. The choice was cereal, waffle machine, or oatmeal. No juice because they didn’t turn the machine on. Just a terrible place.

Property is rough. Reflected in the price I guess.

The ac/heater cycled constantly. This may have been because it was -10 outside. It did keep the room warm enough, but it kept waking me up. The lobby was sparse. The room was pretty good, other than the heater cycling. The breakfast was typical continental with make your own waffles. And the price was right.

Clean rooms, reasonable pricing

This property wasn’t like the photos that were displayed. It wasn’t clean and everything was old. Also, I waited so long to check in when there was only one person in front of me.

My stay went well. The room was nice, clean, bed was comfy.

It was good just wish the room where a bit more clean but overall the workers were friendly with me and my baby

The room is a bit old, but in general a nice choice for an inexpensive stay for copper mountain skiing. I love the view when driving down to copper mountain.

Clean rooms and staff on site available to assist. Nothing fancy and didn’t need to be!!

The staff were nice and professional. The room was wrong noisy and the lock on the door didnt work so I gad to be let in my room every time I left and came back

Under extreme renovations. Check in occurred in a bedroom. The key to the room provided did not work.

The lady in the front desk was not really nice, I ask for milk and she answers with a actitud, also they never check if we need new towels or more paper, they never throw our trash.

Upon arrival the property looks decrepit, old and in need of upkeep maintenance and upgrade both outside and inside. The front desk area, it appeared to be non existent, either it was torn up or in the process of remodeling, nonetheless the front desk area appearance was terrible. I arrived to the location at approximately 9:00 pm and front desk person was not there. I freely walked all over the property looking for the front desk person, for about 30 minutes. Went to all the floors and to all the staff rooms looking for someone to help me out to check in. I would like to add there was no locks on pant of the doors. I could not Dona anyone for about 30 minutes. I called the hotel a few times with no answer. Finally I was able to check in. Front desk personnel was non professional, bare footed and clothed poorly. The room walls are paper thin, the upkeep was non existent. The room needs upgrade. Toiletries were halfway used. Water in shower/tub would not drain properly. Breakfast area and equipment is old and not working properly. Breakfast items ran out by 8:00 am. When asked for additional breakfast items the hotel personnel were rude. Other patrons were allowed to walk into the breakfast area barefooted. Trash receptacles we’re not emptied. Minimal items were available for breakfast. The second day my hotel card was not functional. Returned back to the front desk and I could not find anyone. Instructions were provided to call a non working number. More flaws to list.

Don’t stay here. The lobby appears to be being remodeled or repaired. You have to find the check in room-downstairs in a private room that appeared to be a sleeping area for overnight staff. It looked like a dirty college dorm room-trash cans full & overflowing, shoes and clothes laying all over. The actual rooms are terribly damaged, drywall and paint falling off, bathtubs cracked with drywall falling in the tubs. Absolutely not with the price charged-sleep in your car instead.

This property is well worth staying at. It’s affordable, clean, and there’s a free breakfast. I will definitely return

Property is under construction, no front desk, some guy was sitting on his dirty unmade bed in a bedroom that was also dirty checking in a guest. I had to walk over and around drywall sheets, cords and tools to go find the check-in. The hotel stunk like cheap cleaning solution, sweaty workers, drywall dust and food all mixed up. In what country is it acceptable to sit on a bed to check in a guest? What the heck is going on? I called and requested a full refund, as I could not stay in that unsanitary situation. Why have I not heard back yet, and that hotel should absolutely be put on a hold from any reservations at this time! Patiently waiting for a reply and full refund!!!

It's disgusting, I arrived there with garbage everywhere, the service was terrible, and there was no one to welcome me, I decided to leave, that hotel is a piece of garbage.I hope I get my money back, that hotel is horrible.
